Research On Corporate Social Responsibility Practice Under The Perspective Of Social Work

Since the 1990 s,the development of economic globalization has entered a climax stage.Corporate social responsibility has become an important path for sustainable economic and social development with the rapid development and development of global economic and social development in the world.N companies to join the United Nations Global Compact,the implementation of the scientific concept of development,service a harmonious society,firmly full fill the corporate social responsibility,corporate social responsibility has become the trend of global economic and social development is an important way for enterprises to promote global sustainable development.N companies to fulfill their social responsibility,in order to implement the Scientific Outlook on development,service and harmonious society construction practice.But it also face the enterprise profit maximization,grass-roots workers with great pressure,employee needs to improve social responsibility consciousness This study is based on the perspective of ecosystem theory to explore the social work involved in corporate social responsibility strategy.Social work involved in the advantages of professional ideas,expertise and working methods advantages,practical experience advantage.Social workers in which the role of service providers,resource integrators,relationship coordinators and normal advocates.In this study,N companies,for example,combing their social responsibility related concepts,social responsibility management and social responsibility index system.This paper finds that the social work and N corporate social responsibility index: the strategy and governance,power supply,economic performance,green environmental protection,social harmony five dimensions of the content of interlinked,can be around the ecosystem theory,from the micro,and the macro level to explore the social work involved in corporate social responsibility.
