The development and progress of the times have changed people’s ideas and values.Women are no longer confined to the small world of housewives.Their social roles have changed dramatically.Women are becoming stronger and stronger,playing an important role in many fields and industries.Due to the influence of work itself,organizational system,workplace development,interpersonal relationship and other factors,as well as women’s own gender characteristics,female employees are more likely to have work pressure.If these pressures cannot be effectively relieved for a long time,it will not only lead to the emotional imbalance of female employees,and even suffer from various physical and psychological diseases,but also affect the people around them,resulting in the imbalance of family relations,disharmony of interpersonal communication in the workplace Reduce the efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,the work pressure of female employees has become a social concern.Social work,as an independent specialty and occupation formed by absorbing the theoretical knowledge of sociology,psychology and other disciplines,adheres to the working concept of helping others and self-help,takes the people in social difficulties as the service object,takes solving problems as the starting point,and provides differentiated professional services according to the problems of different service objects,which not only solves the specific problems of service objects,but also cultivates their problem-solving ability,not only paying attention to the service objects themselves,It also needs to pay attention to its environmental system.As the basis of social work,ecosystem theory pays attention to the interaction between people and systems.By improving the interactive relationship of various systems,the environment can play a positive role and improve individual living conditions.Under the ecosystem theory,the intervention of social work in the work pressure of female employees can effectively improve the disharmonious factors in the female employee ecosystem,and then promote the relief of female employees’ work pressure.Therefore,on the basis of systematically combing the relevant literature of employee stress management at home and abroad,this study takes ecosystem theory as the research perspective,takes G automobile enterprise in Guangzhou as an example,conducts questionnaire survey and interview on the female employees of G automobile enterprise,analyzes the work stress response and stressors of female employees of G automobile enterprise from the survey data,and uses mean and one-way ANOVA to analyze the different ages,working years,marital status The differences of work stressors of female employees at education and position levels are tested,so as to obtain the stress relief needs of female employees in G automobile enterprise.Finally,combined with the current situation,deficiencies and causes of G automobile enterprise’s relieving female employees’ work pressure,based on ecosystem theory,this paper explores and puts forward strategies to further improve g automobile enterprise’s relieving female employees’ work pressure from four levels: micro system,intermediate system,outer system and macro system.It is hoped that through the effective intervention of social work,professional counseling and services will be provided to help them improve their ability to relieve work pressure and enhance their competitiveness in the workplace.At the same time,promote enterprises to formulate humanized work system and management mode,supervise and urge the implementation of the protection of the rights and interests of female employees,improve the production efficiency of enterprises,and promote the coordinated development of enterprises and employees.Hope to promote the localization of corporate social work theory to a certain extent,and provide reference and inspiration for the research on stress relief of female employees in domestic enterprises.
