Research On The Development Of Basketball, Football And Volleyball Sports In Hebei Province

Chairman Xi's Secretary once mentioned: “The Three Big Ball Sports need to be improved in order to symbolize a powerful country.” Football,basketball and volleyball are regarded as the most appreciated and popular games in China which are also high praised by the Chairman Xi's Secretary.However,the development of the three major projects in China does not meet the essential requirement,except for the Chinese Women's Volleyball Team.It is true that the National Games was held in Hebei Province every four years but the three big ball sports are backward in management system,lack of reserve talents and market operation,which have seriously hindered the development of these sports in Hebei Province.As a result,it is very important to study the current situation of the three big ball sports based on a systematic and thorough investigation of Hebei Province,finding out the existing problems and putting forward the countermeasures,so that the overall competitive level of three big ball sports in Hebei Province could be improved.Based on such methods as document searching,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper investigate the present situation of the three big ball games from different aspects including the status of coaches and athletes,training and competition,operation management,reserve personnel training,the way of training equipment and so on.The results show that:1?The age structure of the coach team in the three big ball sports in Hebei Province is in order but there are some problems about it.From all of the aspects,the coaches are lack of theoretical knowledge,scientific research ability,system of education training,the mechanism of competition employment,the system of reward-punishment and the supervision are not in place.2?The reserve talents of the three big ball games in Hebei Province is insufficient,the academic skills are relatively weak in many athletes because most school and universities pay more attention to sports training instead of literacy classes.3?The training facilities of the three big ball projects in Hebei Province can basically maintain normal training but the auxiliary facilities of the training and the high-tech trainingequipment are limited.The medical supervision of the athletes is not in place which affects the athletes' devotion and enthusiasm during the daily training.4?The management and operation form of the three major ball projects in Hebei Province is still central,which cause a tedious environment,the low utilization rate of personnel and many social resources and funds.5?At the present time the mainrestrictionfactor that exist in Hebei Province's three big ball sports including there are not necessities-related policy,the Provincial Government and Leader are not paying enough attention to the sport,The economic conditions is very poor,managerial system is backward,the backup training effort is weak,welfare and salary not high enough,the compete that urge which mechanism are not perfect;after an athlete retire,they are unable to receive insurance.These are the nine factors of unqualified competition training system.6?Therefore the following countermeasures could be adopted so as to promote the rapid development of the three big ball sports in Hebei Province is formulate the relevant policies to provide better support,increase the input of funds on the three ball games,such as enlarging the ranges of funds raising,promote the development of marketization and specialization,establishing cooperation under the framework of the three big ball games management system,improving the training system of reserve talents and retirement security of athletes and so on.
