Taking the graduates from twelve colleges and universities that open sports educationspecialty as the research objects, profiting from predecessor’s research experience, embarkingfrom the system theory,utilizing ways of literature materials, surveys, mathematical statistics,Logic Analysis,the thesis has done systmatic and thorough research on the employment ofgraduates majoring in sports education in Hebei province,and in order to study the processthoroughly and get reliable findings, the writer provides two turns of expert questionnairesand400students questionnaire, and simultaneously taking graduates interview as the turningpoint, visits the education experts, employers and graduating students. The basic situation andthe present employment situation of graduates majoring in sports education in Hebei provincehas been fully understood and mastered, and the problems existing in the employment workof the sports education majors have been promulgated, and the correspondingcountermeasures have been proposed. The initial conclusions:1.Through questionnaire and interview, we discover that there exist a lot of realisticquestions in the employment work of graduates majoring in sports education in ourprovince,the employment situation is severe, and the employment result is unpleasant.2.The investigation result reveals that there are still quite a few of graduates who havenot done sufficient preparations for employment in our province, exposing that theemployment work is still in the passive state of starting to prepare at the last moment, whichlag behind the requirements of the market development.3.The employment consciousness of the graduate of our province still remains tostrengthen, and nearly half of the graduates in the research samples know little about theemployment policy and situation, which lead to the blindness in their employment, and inthe meanwhile, graduates can not make full use of the prescroption of talent market and the amount of the employment information.4.Studies have suggested that the employment purposes of most graduate’s haveidealized inclination. Influenced by market economy, graduates tend to work in cities,favoring in provincial capitals and developed area in the east of Ji, and avoiding choosingremote areas and economically underdeveloped areas. Only being more rational to theexpected value of salary accord with the actual conditions of our province.5.Sending resumes and participating in job fairs are effective ways of obtainingemployment, and investigation shows that sending resumes and participating in job fairs areproportional to successful employment. But graduates in our province do not take theinitiative to do the follow-up work after sending the resumes, or they are passive waiting forthe results.6.Because of the economic situation of our province and the relatively narrowemployment opportunities, the employment consuming is low and the consumption project isscattered, it is noteworthy that9%of the consumption is used in looking for relations, whichmeans such employment circumstances of being fair, just and open have not really come intobeing.7.The employment disturbance of graduates of our province lies in hat employersdemand higher educational level, social demand is less, lovers will be in the same city, idealsare difficult to realize and graduates want to work in cities,and the investigation in theemployment setbacks of graduates shows that setbacks mainly come from the facts that theprofessional skill of graduates is not sturdy enough,graduates lack interview skills, theircomprehensive qualities are not high, and so on. Investigation also shows that graduates’solution is sole that they can not promptly carry out the work and the phenomenon that theyjust negatively wait is serious.8. Studies have suggested the employment education of our province has lagged behind, graduates lacks employment initiative in the employment process, unable to master theemployment chances, and lack the ability of calmly solving the problems inemployment,whereas these show that the employment guidance of our province has notformed a good condition that develops with times.9. Many targets of interview and questionnaire shows that the specialized abilities ofgraduates majoring in sports education of our province need to be improved, and It has notbeen able to form the education superiority which masters many skills while specializing inone, and in the meanwhile the raise of humanity quality, the formation of the professionalskill and the exercise of social practice ability are not allowed to be neglected...
