Research On Conflict Function Analysis And Settlement Mechanism Of Internet Group Event

Based on the division of the function of conflict theory,the evolution process of Internet group events and conflict types were analyzed in this paper.The evolution of the Internet group events in our country is divided into three stages: before 2003 for potential stage,2003-2003 for rise stage,since 2010 for the sustainable development stage.And the types of conflicts in Internet group events are mainly related to the system of state power,conflict,related to resource wealth of conflicts,the moral emotion type,etc.The paper based on the specific case LeiYang event,and the process of the event of conflict is likely to have positive function and the function for further study,it is concluded that the network group incidents of conflict has become a network of the public sphere "safety valve",exposed social problems,favorable network supervision and the national e-government,improve policies and regulations are functions,such as conflict of negative function also cannot be ignored,conflicts may lead to rumor spreading,causes the human flesh search and result in personal privacy,network public sphere alienation crisis,increase the threat of network populism.From the realistic contradiction,Internet users psychological impact behavior and improper use of network platform for anonymity to clarify the causes of conflict,from clear conflict is function and the function,perfect network and public opinion supervision,and guide the users to build the correct identity to improve the conflict environment,and through the clear public interest demands,try to resolve social contradictions and enhance the common governance by the government and citizens to deal with conflict root,build and improve Internet group events of conflict resolution mechanism in our country,in order to effectively solve the conflict,it is helpful to maintenance and implementation of network order.
