SWOT Analysis And Advance Strategy Research Of Yantai Snow And Ice Leisure Sports

With the successful bid for the 2022 winter Olympics in Beijing,the ice and snow leisure movement has attracted more and more attention.The development of ice and snow leisure sports has greatly satisfied people's diversified sports needs.Taking part in ice and snow leisure sports can not only exercise the body,but also drive the development of surrounding industries,bringing considerable economic benefits.Taking the Beijing winter Olympics as an opportunity,it brings an opportunity for the development of snow and ice leisure sports in yantai city.In this study,SWOT analysis,questionnaire survey,literature data,expert interview and mathematical statistics were used to conduct research.In this article,first of all,this paper discusses the research purpose,background and significance,and snow leisure sports development situation at home and abroad,on the basis of determine the research objects,methods and research route,as well as this study provides the basic preparation.This article is divided into seven chapters,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter of yantai city leisure sports development has carried on the analysis and diagnosis of snow and ice,and in-depth discussions on yantai city leisure sports development problems encountered in the process of ice and snow.With yantai skiing,for example,in yantai city leisure sports development of ice and snow and ice and snow in yantai leisure sports location facility layout,site management,opening up to the present situation,leisure sports development were analyzed,and the decision-making in snow and ice and from yantai snow leisure sports development strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,such as Angle analysis,according to the analysis results for the development of leisure sports in the snow and ice in yantai and management is put forward to promote strategy,give full play to the ice and snow leisure sports fitness function,sustainable development put forward a series of countermeasure and the suggestion,It is hoped to provide theoretical basis for the promotion and dissemination of China's ice and snow leisure movement,the related industries of ice and snow leisure movement and the driving development of its surrounding industries.SWOT response strategy :(1)formulate SO strategy,utilize resources and explore opportunities;(2)implement WO strategy,overcome disadvantages and seizeopportunities;(3)apply ST strategy,maintain advantages and deal with threats;(4)adopt WT strategy to avoid disadvantages and eliminate threats.Main conclusions :(1)great resource advantage in the development of snow and ice leisure sports in yantai city;(2)the development prospect of snow and ice leisure sports in yantai city is considerable;(3)both opportunities and challenges coexist in the development of snow and ice leisure sports in yantai city.Promotion strategy :(1)to make the top plan and design the great goal of the development of snow and ice leisure sports;(2)introduce individual investment and build various types of snow and ice recreational sports facilities to meet people's sports needs;(3)reforming the market management system and vigorously cultivating talents of ice and snow leisure sports;(4)promote the growth of cooperation in surrounding areas,and promote the consumption of snow and ice leisure sports and surrounding areas;(5)to shape the cultural atmosphere of ice and snow leisure sports and promote the culture of ice and snow leisure sports;(6)combine with Internet + and apply the publicity effect of network system;(7)to launch the school ice and snow leisure campaign,starting with children and adolescents;(8)to undertake various ice and snow leisure sports events and build local ice and snow leisure sports brands.
