Research On The Development Strategy Of Heilongjiang Senior High School Ice And Snow Sports Base School Based On SWOT Analysis

In order to give full play to the education role of the ice and snow sports base schools in Heilongjiang Province,understand and grasp the development status of the provincial high school ice and snow sports base schools,and actively explore the development strategies of the base schools.This article investigates and researches the ice and snow sports base school through literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,field investigation method and SWOT analysis method,and finds out the inherent advantages and disadvantages that affect its development and the problems encountered in the development process.The paper proposes four development strategies:Struggle strategy(S-O development strategy): give full play to the advantages of campus ice and snow culture to form a brand of "ice and snow characteristics";strengthen exchanges and cooperation with other types of schools to reduce the adverse impact of the difficulty of popularization of ice and snow projects;colleges and universities expand the enrollment scale of ice and snow projects and reduce the standard Barriers to entry.Striving strategy(S-T development strategy): Improve the supervision and supervision functions of relevant departments,increase the importance of school leaders,adjust the structure of the coach team,and increase training;seize the "ice and snow fever" of the Winter Olympics and encourage athletes to actively participate in the competition.Competition to promote training;send campus ice and snow sports instructors;expand the transmission path of sports clubs,sports associations,and college sports clubs.Strive for strategy(W-O development strategy): Improve the supervision and supervision of relevant departments,raise the leadership of the school,adjust the structure of the coach,increase training;grab the "ice and snow" of the Winter Olympics,encourage athletes to actively participate,Take the promotion;the external campus ice and snow sports instructor;expand the delivery path of sports clubs,sports associations,college sports communities.Conservative strategy(W-T development strategy): improve the support of teachers in the class,formulate teaching plans for athletes;standardize the operation mechanism of competitions,encourage athletes to participate in the province;set up sports scholarships;establish a talent pool for athletes.
