Fit Theory About The Demand Of Self-Employed And Existing Policies To College Graduates

In these years,affected by enrollment expansion of colleges and the economic recession,the issue of university students' employment becomes increasingly prominent.As the self-employment not only can relieve employment pressure,but also be helpful to create more value for society,the different entrepreneurship policies are continuously issued by the government to encourage college students to start business,promote the employment of university students and promote economic growth.But whether these policies meet college students self-employed demands and its effectiveness have been the common concerned problem throughout the government and the community.This paper the main objects are the self-employed college graduates in Fujian province,analyzes the government support entrepreneurship policies,develops "The Questionnaire Of Compatible Degree Between The College Students Self-employed Demands And Current Policies",designs "The Interview Outline Of Compatible Degree Between The College Students Self-employed Demands And Current Policies",combines the questionnaire with in-depth interview,collects the information of knowledge status,demand status,the situation of evaluation and others of self-employed policies from college graduates in Fujian province.Research shows that the reversal phenomenon has taken place between the college students self-employed demands and current policies,communication subject is a lack of awareness in communication mechanism,communication channels are not perfect,interpretation of the audience is not deep.In policy implement,most are programmatic document,the clause setting is verbose,target is not explicit.In entrepreneurship education policy guarantee mechanism,the government leading role is not enough,the college as the entrepreneurship education the operating mechanism is not sound,the boosting of enterprise on entrepreneurship education must be stressed,the evaluation system of entrepreneurship education policies are unstandardized.This paper put forward the following suggestions,construct a multi-channel interactive propaganda mechanism for entrepreneurship education policies,set up perfect entrepreneurship policy system,perfect entrepreneurship education policy guarantee mechanism.
