A Study On Employed Viewpoints Of University Graduates Undergraduates And Countermeasures

College graduates'employment is become difficult, during higher education in China from the elite education to mass education. The employment of college graduates, related to the healthy development of China's higher education and the training of personnel, related to social stability. One way to solve the employment problem is that we should help college students change their concept on employment, and lower their employment expectations. They should seek a broader personal development in the central and western regions. Today, howerver, what's the college students'concepts of employment, what has the new changes, which still need to resolve the issue of the employment, what features of employment environment , what characteristics of the affected students concepts of employment, and so on. These issues lack of a systematic theoretical analysis and empirical studies.This paper attempts to get a coclusion within a certain range of survey.
