College graduates'employment is become difficult, during higher education in China from the elite education to mass education. The employment of college graduates, related to the healthy development of China's higher education and the training of personnel, related to social stability. One way to solve the employment problem is that we should help college students change their concept on employment, and lower their employment expectations. They should seek a broader personal development in the central and western regions. Today, howerver, what's the college students'concepts of employment, what has the new changes, which still need to resolve the issue of the employment, what features of employment environment , what characteristics of the affected students concepts of employment, and so on. These issues lack of a systematic theoretical analysis and empirical studies.This paper attempts to get a coclusion within a certain range of survey. Make an theoretical analysis according to the impact factors on college students'conception of employment. This paper includes 6 parts: The first part is introduction. It descripts the research background and research sense. It also descripts the research methods of this paper. The second part, analysis the survey data according the survey of 2007's college graduates'opinion of employment. The third and fouth parts, analyse the main problems of college students'employment viewpoints and what caused these problemes accord the survey of second part proposed. Part V, carrying out qualitative and quantitative analysis from the impact of college students'Employment Viewpoints, proposed the method to solve the problem of college student'employment viewpoints. Part VI ,the conclusion.
