Since 1999, with the Supernormal development of Enrollment of higher education, it is more and more difficult for collage graduates to find a job, and it has become a problem related to the reformation of higher education,economic development and Social stability. The international economic crisis began in 2008 has had a significant impact on the graduate employment and increase the difficulty of employment than previous years. The university graduates haven't getting a job means that the human resource can not pay back of country, society, family and the students. If not solved long time effectively it will have a negative impact effect on the development of higher education and social stability. So, it is necessary to have a further research about the graduate get employed difficultly on the stage.This paper is divided into five sections:The first part is introduction. It's a general overview of the university graduates get employed difficultly and has a systematic literature review of the problem.In the second part, using the human resource theory,social capital theory, labor market, segmentation theory, searching job theory to analyze the critical point of graduate employment. Summarize up the difficulties of university students where employed.In the third part, analyze of the situation of Xiamen's university graduates employment in 2009 and make a conclusion of Characteristics and problems of graduate employment.In the fourth part, from the university supply and demand, economic environment, policy environment to analyze the difficulty of graduates employment.In the fifth part, Proposing to ease the difficulty employment of university graduates in our country, and from the university, students, employers and government to analyze the difficult of graduates employment.The main contribution of this paper is: First, from the economic crisis to talk about the current employment of college graduates and to explore difficult issues. Second, use the human resource theory, social capital theory, labor market segmentation theory, searching job theory to analyze the issue of employment of college graduates get job difficultly. Third, the relevant data of the article is based on the questionnaire, and having an empirical analysis of Xiamen employment situation of university students to illustrate the current issue .Inadequacies of this article: as a result of lack of data on employers, the analysis is relatively weak. Because of the restrictions of professional knowledge, the proposed measures are still not specific enough and useful, these are need for further research and strengthened.
