| With the wave of internationalization of higher education,the education for foreign students in China has developed rapidly.The education of foreign students in China is an important part of our education.At the same time,the training of foreign students in China is also one of the important ways for China to carry out foreign exchanges.With the promulgation and implementation of the "National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)",Anhui Province,in order to accelerate the development of foreign student education in China,introduced the "Anhui Studying Abroad Program" in 2013 and set up a special foreign student scholarship.The universities in Anhui Province have certain advantages in developing foreign students' education in China.The superior external environment is embodied in a stable social environment,profound cultural heritage,beautiful natural scenery,generous incentive policies for studying abroad,and unique geographical features.The richness of internal educational resources is mainly reflected in Anhui's higher education scale,government policy support,education incentives for foreign students,and cost of studying abroad.Through an in-depth analysis of the degree education of foreign students coming to China from three universities,the degree education of foreign students in the three universities showed more obvious development characteristics in terms of education scale,student structure,education structure,and professional structure of the students.Specific performance in the following areas,the first is that the education for foreign students in China has gradually become large-scale,but the pace of development has been slow;second,the geographical characteristics of the foreign students ' places of origin are obvious,and the student structure is in urgent need of adjustment;thirdly,the education system for foreign students in China is improving day by day.However,the proportion of high-level degree education is small;fourth,the professional orientation of foreign students studying in China is relatively stable,and there is still much room for expansion.Comparing the statistical data of foreign students with 31 provinces in China,we find that the degree education of foreign students in Anhui University currently has two major problems:unreasonable structure and single source structure.The reasons can be divided into two categories:First,the external factors of education,including geographical location,traffic conditions,economic development level,investment in education,etc.;Second,internal factors of education,including education quality,management level,recruitment channels,scholarships Incentives,etc.Degree education for foreign,students in China as an important way to improve the internationalization of higher education must be given full attention by stakeholders such as governments and universities.In order to speed up the pace of reforms in the regionalization of higher education in the region,we can adopt a top-down,bottom-up,and collaborative approach.Among them,the top-down promotion model is mainly based on the government level.The government can provide more policy support for the development of local colleges and universities to study foreign students' academic credentials,and provide a good development environment and policy support for the foreign students' education in Anhui universities from the outside.The bottom-up promotion model mainly relies on the initiative reforms and actions of colleges and universities to increase the development of international student education in universities through the connotation construction of universities,giving full play to the advantages of disciplines,broadening the enrollment channels,improving the incentive system for scholarships,and improving the service level of universities.Appeal.Only when the government and the colleges are co-promoted can the all-round,multi-level promotion of the healthy and sustainable development of Anhui's foreign students education. |
