Study On The Management Of Foreign Students In A University In Shandong Province

Foreign student management as an important part of higher education management in our country is contribute to develop talents suitable for the situation of our country needs,our social labor,and enhance the internationalization level,strengthen with the international community of politics,economy,culture,diplomacy,education and various aspects of exchanges and cooperation.The cause of studying in China has been developing since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.In 1950,the first batch of foreign students were recruited to study in China.Owing to the Grate Cultural Revolution the cause of studying in China suspended at that period and recovery by the reform and opening policies.With the strong support of "China dream" and "One Belt And One Road" policies,more and more international students choose to study in China,and now China has become the third largest recipient country of international students in the world.However,due to lack of experience,problems frequently occur in the management of foreign students in China,resulting in a proliferation of contradictions between schools and students,between schools and society,and between students and society.How to cope with the current situation in the management of foreign students is the issue demand prompt solution.In order to deal with the problems existing in the management of international students in China,Through the analysis and discussion of the current situation of the management of foreign students in A University in Shandong Province,The problems existing in the current management are found,such as the uneven quality of students,the lack of service awareness of management personnel,and the difficulty in implementing the management system.This paper makes an in-depth discussion from multiple dimensions and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
