The cultivation of work attitude and the acquisition of work skills not only can enrich the life of adolescents with autism,but also help them to integrate into the society well.For higher vocational students with autism,their future proves exceedingly a huge problem.Many adolescents with autism have some basic skills,and the reason is that they lack proper training and support,which leads to their living areas to be confined at home or institution so that they have no good opportunities and environment to get a good occupation.Vocational training is one of the main measures to promote the employment of adolescents with autism.In many vocational training,their working attitude and skills are the basic conditions of their successful employment.This study takes car washing as the carrier to cultivate the working attitude and skills of adolescents with autism.This study aims to explore adolescents with autism behavior skills training teaching,after the acquisition of their working attitude and skills maintain and generalization results.The study is based on a single subject of cross-behavior,multiple detection experiments,and the study of individuals with autism from the age of 10 to 20.The independent variable is an intervention package formed by modeling,instruction,rehearsal,feedback in behavioral skills training.Dependent variable is the learning effect of three individual cases' work attitude and skills(taking car washing as an example),work attitude,including "focus","care","continuous","check up" and "work return",work skills including "car body flush","washing liquid cleaning car body"," washing with clean water " and "dry car body".The researchers analyzed the social validity on the individual case,their parents,employers,and the owner.The research data were processed by visual analysis,the consistency reliability of the grader and the social validity analysis.The result of this study is that behavioral skills training has a good effect on the learning of autistic adolescents' working attitude,and it has an immediately,maintenance and generalization effect on their work skills.Based on the above research results,it is suggested that behavioral skills training combining with the video modeling cue and pictures can be used to train the autistic adolescents' work attitude and work skills in the future.When teaching other vocational skills,it is also possible to try this method,to achieve the effect of immediately,maintenance and generalization.
