The subjects of this study were three special education juniors and a five-year-old girl with autism,seeking to explore the effects of behavioral skills training on the turn-based teaching program of special education pre-service teachers.In this study,the cross-subject multi-detection experiment design of the single-subject experiment method was adopted.The independent variable was behavioral skill training,and the dependent variable was the percentage of correct execution of turn-based teaching procedures.There were three experimental stages: baseline period?intervention phase and follow-up phase.,The followup phase also includes maintaining and topic generalization detection phase,The researcher collects data in each experimental stage,and conduct visual analysis on the collected data after the completion of the experiment,and analyze the qualitative materials collected from the interviews with the reference trainees and the parents of the autistic child to determine the social validity of the experiment.The results are as follows:1.Behavioral skills training has a good immediate effect on improving the correct percentage of turn-based teaching procedures for pre-service teachers of special education.2.Behavioral skills training has good maintenance effect on improving the correct percentage of turn-based teaching procedures for pre-service teachers of special education.3.Behavioral skills training has a good effect on topic categorization in improving the correct percentage of turn-based teaching procedures for pre-service teachers of special education.4.The intervention effect of this study has good social validity.In addition,the researchers analyzed and discussed the impact of the intervention on the teaching skills of pre-service teachers in special education,and proposed suggestions for future training,teaching,and research.
