With the progress of curriculum reform,more and more experts focus their attention on the study of classroom teaching.As the main activity of classroom teaching,Q&A in class has also become one of the hot point in the area of classroom teaching reform.The direction of the reform of the Q&A in class should be a problem that scholars have generally paid attention to.It should reflect the key competency and the core of the ’ key competency’ is to solve the real problem.Therefore,the authenticity of learning is a trend of international education reform,teaching for the real,teaching in the real world.Singapore,the United States and other countries has been regarded "authentic learning" as a research focus,exploring the "authentic learning" connotation and operational characteristics in practice."authentic learning" can be defined as:creating an authentic problem situation,to stimulate students ’curiosity and the desire to explore,fully mobilizing the students’ life experience,to construct a complete flow of thought,so as to cultivate expert literacy to solve authentic problems.For applying authentic learning in classroom teaching,it is necessary to know what characteristics.the should have from the perspective of authentic learning..This study chooses the first year of XS middle school as the object of action research,carrying on the classroom teaching,from the Characteristic of Authentic Problems.Question and Feedback.Questioning by the students,to deduce the main features of Q&A in class under the authentic learning.The following is conclusion:1.The authentic problems should be based on the real life experience,with the Q&A in class characteristics of inferiority,integrity,high challenge,to stimulate students’ real life experience,to develop students’ thinking;2.Question should consider the characteristics of the real situation,to ensure the participation of all students,at the same time,selecting the appropriate way of questioning according to the classroom situation.It can be summarized as contextualization,fairness,flexibility.3.The feedback under the authentic learning should be based on the current problems:the less type,the low level,the lack of development.To put forward the corresponding solution,that is to be targeted,giving each student accurate feedback.The key is to promote the development of the feedback,in the process of asking questions continuously,to make students form thinking flow like experts.4.Questioning by students is an important part of the authentic Q&A in class.Only to develop students the ability of questioning independently,that can be considered the Q&A in class is complete,and the student’s thinking is so-called a circle.
