In the report "The Society for Existence-The Today and Tomorrow of the Education World" published by UNESCO,the report states:"The 21st century requires everyone to have stronger autonomy and judgment ability,and at the same time it is required to strengthen everyone's responsibility in the process of achieving the destiny of collective".The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly states that we should foster virtue through education.In order to reach this target,we need to strengthen moral education.Moral education is,to a certain extent,responsibility education.It can be seen that the responsibility education of citizens has been placed in an urgently important position,both internationally and domestically.However,the existing school moral education culture for junior high school students' responsibility education cannot meet our higher expectations.In order to comprehensively and profoundly understand whether the existing school moral education background has effectively promoted the development of responsibility cognition and responsibility behavior of junior high school students,the author uses the 9th grade students of a public junior high school in Nanjing as the research group,and randomly selects 6 classes with a total of 160 people as the research objects.Using the survey questionnaire on the situation of responsible education in the school's moral education culture,collect relevant data and carry out specific research on several questions as following:1.To get a general idea of students' cognition of responsibility in the subject of moral and rule of law.2.To get a general idea of students' cognition of responsibility after participating in school moral education activities.3.To get a general idea of students' cognition of responsibility from the moral education environment.4.The behavior of responsibility of 9th grade student at this school.5.To make analyses of the relations between the different results of the cognition of responsibility and the level of responsible behavior.6.To make sure whether different types of student groups have differing responsible behavior.7.To propose suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the responsibility education in school moral education cultureThe author uses SPSS 24.0 software to conduct data analysis of the questionnaire,and after collecting interviews with 10 students,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The subject of moral and rule of law,school moral education activities,and school moral education environment all have a positive impact on students'cognition of responsibility.2.Students' cognition of responsibility which get from the subject of moral and rule of law,school moral education activities,and school moral education environment are related to students' behavior of responsibility.3.The learning involvement of students in the subject of moral and rule of law has positive relationship with their behavior of responsibility.4.The children whose parents consciously give them responsibility education would do better than others on the behavior of responsibility.Based on the conclusions of this study,the author makes the following suggestions.Firstly,in the context of reforms in the subject of moral and rule of law,the teachers should play the leading role in class.They should pay more attention to students' participation in class and education in social responsibility and state responsibility should be strengthened in the classroom.Secondly,school moral education activities should integrate responsibility education and highlight the theme of responsibility.Meanwhile,school should adapt to local conditions and fully exploit the school-based curriculum with various resources.Finally,responsibility for education from family,community,and mass media should be fulfilled.Parents are urged to pay attention to their responsibility education.The community is advised to provide activity places and activities for minors to foster a sense of responsibility.It is hoped that the mass media,especially the Internet platform,will promote news of responsibility as much as possible and set a responsible role model for minors.
