Psychological contract is one kind of implicit,informal contract, there is no provision, but perception, individual, no public explanation and understanding of mutual expectations.In other words, psychological contract is the perception and understanding about responsibilities and obligations between the staff and organizational, it is often in a state of dynamic change and revision. Perceived organizational support is the care and support sense from the organizations, employees are willing to get support from the organization based on the principle of mutual benefit.Organizational citizenship behavior is a powerful act of the organization,which is spontaneous behavior of employees and active behavior, not required by the formal reward and normal system, it can improve organizational effectiveness.Based on previous studies, this research discusses the relationship of psychological contract, perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior among more than 200 school teachers.The study analyzed the data with SPSS 16.0 and AMOS4.0. Based on correlation analysis and step regression analysis,we disscuss the descriptive statistics, compare means, correlation analysis and step regression analysis.The results shows that:1.The analysis of the demography variables. There is a significant differesnce of teachers' psychological contract in the gender, marital status,school type,and school level.There is significant difference of teachers'perceived organizational support in the marital status,and school type. There is a significant difference of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior in the gender, school type and school level.2.The significant correlation exist between teachers'psychological contract and percei-ved organizational support. The significant correlation exist between teachers'perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior.there is also significant correl-ation between teachers'psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior.3.School responsibility significantly predict perceived organizational support.Teacher resp-onsibility significantly predict organizational citizenship behavior. School responsibility and organizational support significantly predict organizational citizenship behavior.4. Perceived organizational support is the mediating variable between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior.
