The Expression And Reasons Of Lack Of Honesty Of Minors And Countermeasures

Minors are the future of a country and the successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The ideological and moral status of minors is directly related to the overall quality of the Chinese nation which is an important guarantee for the successors of the Party and the state.It is an urgent task to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of minors,especially the education of honesty and credit and to enhance the awareness of honesty and trustworthiness of minors in the new era.On the basis of existing research,this paper sorts out the definition of honesty behavior and credit cognition and analyzes the necessity of strengthening honesty and credit education of minors in China from the perspective of the actual implementation of core socialist values.At the same time,by adopting the method of questionnaire survey,the author conducts a sampling investigation on the behavior of the lack of integrity of minors,analyzes the problems existing in the integrity of minors in our country at present and deeply analyzes the causes of the lack of honesty and credit of the minors.It can be summed up into three aspects: One is the failure of family education,parents' over-spoil to their children or the parents' excessive expectations of their children which result in too strict education;The second is the deviation of education in the school.In the primary and secondary school compulsory education,schools often pay less attention to moral education;the evaluation of ideological and moral character of minors has not established a sound mechanism;The third is the negative impact of the social environment,the integrity system is not sound,and various kinds of dishonesty.In view of these problems,the author starts from the three aspects of family education,school education and social education and puts forward the improvement measures,that is,to strengthen the family honesty education,parents should start from themselves and create the environment of honesty and credit in the family actively;To strengthen the school honesty education,the school should bring the honesty education into the moral education work plan,actively carry out in a variety of colorful activities around the students,at the same time infiltrate the good faith education into the subject teaching,build the good social custom,We should actively carry forward the excellent traditional culture,innovate the means of good faith propaganda,perfect the related system and form the system of honesty and credit education for minors in families,schools and society and guide the minors to set up the correct concept of honesty and credit.
