Withthe in-depth implementation of China's basic education reform,the great changes have taken place in the philosophy,knowledge,and methods of mathematics teaching.At the same time,higher requirements have also been put forward for mathematics teachers.How to scientifically and effectively promote the reform of new high school curriculum and build a suitable high school mathematics classroom teaching management strategy is an issue that every mathematics teacher should think deeply.The purpose of this study is to select this topic to arouse the attention of high school mathematics teachers to classroom teaching management,and promote the reform of mathematics classes in senior high schools.This article contains a total of six sections:The first chapter describes the background and significance of the study.Through consulting the relevant literatures at home and abroad,we can understand the research status of mathematics classroom teaching management in high schools,and then determine the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter discusses the connotation and types,characteristics,theoretical basis and basic principles of management in mathematics classroom teaching in high schools.The third chapter is the empirical research part.Through the questionnaire survey of high school students and teachers,the status quo and existing problems of high school mathematics classroom teaching management are obtained.In the fourth chapter,based on the questionnaire survey,the reasons are summarized into four aspects: student factors,teacher factors,environmental factors and family factors.The fifth chapter proposes a solution strategy for the cause analysis: prevention strategy and stimulating strategy.The prevention strategy is based on four aspects of the problem:(1)to develop students' self-management skills;(2)to improve the quality of teachers;(3)to optimize the environment for education and teaching;(4)to enhance home-school communication and form education Together force.The stimulating strategy is mainly the requirements of teachers:(1)be good at praise and encourage students;(2)strengthen emotional factors;(3)create a healthy competitive environment;(4)pay attention to the art of teaching.The last chapter is a summary and reflection of this study.The innovation of the dissertation lies in the management of high school mathematics classroom teaching from the perspective of prevention and inspiration.At the same time,it gives specific solutions to problems and has strong operability.This provides a specific reference for teachers ' professional literacy promotion.The approach has certain practical implications for the professional development of mathematics teachers.
