Research On The Influence Of High-level Volleyball Players' Flow Experience And Team Cohesion On Team Growth

Since the Ministry of Education recruited high-level student athletes in colleges and universities in 1987,the cultivation of high-level team sports in colleges and universities in China is constantly exploring and practicing.The influence of process factors such as psychological factors of athletes in training/competition has become an important basis for the team to achieve excellent competitive performance or to achieve preset goals.Compared with the average team,the high-level volleyball team of the university consists of students.The process of cycling is the most typical characteristic of the team.This study use cohesion,the flow experience of competition,and team trust to measure the psychological aspects of athletes during the training/competition process,and then to the overall team growth of the team.To discuss the status of demographic variables,cohesion,the flow experience of competition,team trust,and team growth during the participation of athletes in the training/competition process.Discuss the status of variables,differences,correlations,and tests of structural equation models.In order to improve the athlete's personal effort quality and overall consistency,the team will ultimately achieve sustainable development.The study focused on 24 college high-level volleyball teams.Using quantitative research methods and literature and questionnaire methods to conduct research.It is divided into five parts:demographic variables,cohesion,the flow experience of competition,trust and team growth.The questionnaire data were analyzed by item analysis,factor analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,AVOVA,t-test,Pearson product-momentcorrelation coefficient and other statistical methods for analysis.The study yielded the following results:1.In the nine features of the fluent state of the competition,three influencing factors are extracted:loss of focus and goals,self-awareness,skills and feedback;cohesion extracts two factors:the team's attraction to individuals,the integration of team relationships,and the team Trust extracts three factors:trust in the organization,trust in the coach,and trust in the peer;team growth extracts two factors:organizational commitment and satisfaction.2.There are significant differences in gender,cohesion,smooth competition experience,team trust,and team growth.There is no significant difference between age,athlete level statistical variables,and four research variables.Male athletes score higher in four variables than female athletes.Among them,athletes of different groups have significant differences in the smooth experience factors "focus and goals" and;"skills and feedback".The core team members have a stronger sense of smooth competition experience,higher sports input,skill utilization,clear goals,and participation feedback.3.The correlation test showed that the variables of "competitive experience in competition","cohesion","team trust",and "team growth" were all significantly positively related to each other.When the "smooth experience of competition,""cohesion," or "team trust" improves,"team growth" will also improve.4.Regression analysis shows that:Ten factors that predict "team growth",only six factors have entered the regression equation.When "skills and feedback","focus and goals","team's attraction to individuals","trust in organizations","trust in coaches",or "trust in peers" improve,"team growth" is improve.5.The path analysis concludes that "competitive experience of competition","cohesion" or "team trust" can directly affect "team growth";"team trust" is in the path relationship of "cohesion" or "smooth experience" versus "team growth".,all play a part of intermediary role.6.The "team growth" variable can be explained by 84.7%of variations in"competitive experience of competition," "cohesion," and "team trust."...
