The Ministry of Education has decided to implement the National medium and long-term education reform and development planning from 2010 to 2020.It points out thatinformatization should lead to the innovation of education concept and education model,and integration of information technology and curriculum appropriately and deeply,which aims toencourage teachers to use information technology to solve problems in education,tooptimize the classroom structure,to enhance the teaching effect and to meet the diversified demands of education.English language skillsincludes listening,speaking,reading,writing and viewing in English curriculum standards for ordinary senior high school.Writing is one of the most important language skills,including conception and outline and modification.In the teaching of English writing,the modifying of English composition is always difficult.Thisresearch is mainly to design teaching activities of English modifying writing based on Mind Map in senior high school that is used tomake students realize the common mistakes in writing and to correct them independently,so as to improve students' writing ability.In this dissertation,the specific problems of teaching of English modifying writing in senior high school are understoodby ways of interviews with front-line English teachers.Based on knowledge visualization theory in the informational environment and meta-cognition theoryin the English teaching and the characteristics of English teaching activity design,thisresearchdesigns teaching activities of English modifying writing based on Mind Map in senior high school.The activitiesaredesigned for the modification goal on promoting students' enthusiasm for learning and improving students' ability to modify and write level.Through classroom observation and interviewswith students after class,the research collects feedback,suggestions and opinions from teachers and students after the implementation of teaching to validate the effectiveness of teaching activities.In the simple multimedia environment,it is effective to improve the students' ability to modify by designing teaching activities of English modifying writing based on Mind Map in senior high school.Students' self-reflection consciousness is cultivated by the activity task of hand drawing mind map before class.The collective modification activities enhance students' systematic and structured thinking ability and cooperative consciousnessin class.In addition,it can improve students' participationchange students' negative thinking that "writing" is their task,"modifying" is teacher's task by theteaching activities design of English modifying writing based on Mind Map.It is conducive to the formation of students' modifying awareness.Through the above activities,students can independently complete the modifying of English composition mistakes,and find and summarize the mistakes' types and modifying methods.In a word,it is advantageous to improve students' activities participation and students' interest in English writing to modify and initiative of learning,so as to improvestudents' writing ability and writing level.
