The 21 st century calls on educators to pay attention to children,understand children,respect children,cherish children,promote the development of children in all aspects,and insist on the role of children in learning and activities.This is the basic principle of teacher's profession,and it is also an ecological harmonious development environment for the development of contemporary children.Teacher's ability to not only reflected in the development of professional skills,should also pay attention to based on children's education idea,education teaching activities should respect the personality characteristics of children,cultivate children's interest and self-confidence.Teacher autonomy support behavior refers to the teachers to stand in the perspective of students,respect students' choice,meet the needs of the children's behavior,such as it belongs to the category of the teachers' professional ability,and is an important part of teachers' professional ability,and is closely related to the growth of children.However,at present,the autonomy support behavior of teachers in China is mainly concentrated in the senior teachers' group,and there is little research on the autonomy support behavior of preschool teachers,and it is difficult to form a system.This study discusses the specific behaviors and characteristics of the autonomy support behaviors of preschool teachers,and provides Suggestions and help for the development of preschool teachers in the future.This study adopts the literature method to comb past research and define the concept of autonomy support behaviors of preschool teachers.Event sampling observation support for preschool teachers' autonomous behavior summarizes types of specific behavior,questionnaire of preschool teachers' autonomy support behavior,and takes the form of self-evaluation,support for preschool teachers' autonomous behavior evaluation,the development of preschool teachers' independent support behavior level;Finally,according to the research results of this study,it is proposed to improve the level of autonomy support for preschool teachers.Through this study,it is found that :(1)the realization forms of autonomy support behaviors of preschool teachers are unique;(2)the high reliability of autonomy support behaviors of preschool teachers can be an effective tool to measure the autonomy support behaviors of preschool teachers;(3)different age,teaching age,class type and kindergarten teacher's autonomy support behavior level difference.
