China's preschool teacher's education began in the late Qing Dynasty,and it was a special legacy of the late Qing Dynasty that the girls' normal school attached to the nanny departmen.In the early Republic of China,girls' normal school and girls' middle school coexisted in the training of preschool teachers,and gradually girls' secondary schools dominated after the promulgation of the new school system in 1922.Learning from Japan to Europe and America,even to the extent of transplantation and copying,is a prominent feature of preschool teacher education in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China.The idea of democracy and science advocated by the New Culture Movement and the May 4th Movement stirred the enthusiasm of independent education of preschool teachers.The pursuit of sinicization,popularization and scientization of preschool education directly leads to the establishment of the direction of preschool teacher education reform.The influx and spread of popular education,rural education and pragmatic education trends have formed the localization of Chinese life education,the integration of teaching and doing,active education,child-centered theory,behaviorism early childhood education and guidance theories of early childhood teacher education,which provides the theoretical basis for the independent development of preschool teacher education.Comprehensive and uniphase education experiments in various fields provide reference and methods for preschool teachers' education experiments.More importantly,early childhood education and early childhood teacher education development dilemma,which needs early childhood teacher education experiment to point out the way and method.This is the origin and basis of the preschool teacher education experiment.The New school system was introduced in 1922,and in the preschool teacher education in the schooling system to obtain the independent legal status.but its educational system,the starting point of admissions,length of schooling,curriculum teaching content does not form a complete set,which the urgency of this is to strengthen the preschool teacher education experiment,and also gave the experts and scholars are larger experiments to explore space.Therefore,an educational experiment aimed at getting rid of the influence of traditional female education and foreign preschool teacher education,and exploring the independent preschool teacher education path of Chinese,scientific,civilian and modern was carried out.Tao Xingzhi,Chen Heqin,Zhang Xuemen,Zhang Zonglin and others inspired each other and independently presided over different preschool teacher education experiments,including comprehensive experiments and single experiments,and explored and discovered the all-dimensional law of preschool teacher education in the whole field.Their experiments almost covered every element and link of preschool teacher education,and played a fundamental,critical and irreplaceable role in promoting the construction of preschool teacher training system in line with China's national conditions during the Republic of China.This research adopts historical research method,literature research method,experimental research method and qualitative and quantitative combination method,and this study combs the role of these experiments in promoting the development of preschool teachers' education,and this study enriched the perspective and content of teacher education and educational experiment research in the Republic of China,and this study analyzes the realization path of promoting the modernization and professionalization level of preschool teachers and explores the practical significance and reference value of preschool teacher education experiment in the Republic of China for the scale expansion and quality improvement of preschool teacher education in the new era.The study takes the education experiment of preschool teachers in the Republic of China as the research object.The introduction part defines the relevant concepts,summarizes the domestic and foreign research and historical materials,and summarizes the research theory and method,research ideas and structural design,research innovations and limitations.The main body of the paper is guided by the method of Marxist historical history,and supported by the theory of dissipative structure,and based on the experimental pedagogy,which is divided into three parts.The first part,including the first chapter and the second chapter,which is to sort out the motivating factors of preschool teachers' educational experiments in the period of the Republic of China.It analyzes the development of economic,social and cultural education,especially the promotion of the rationality and legitimacy of educational experiments by democratic and scientific ideas.This paper analyzes the call and promotion of preschool education and preschool teacher education in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China.This paper analyzes the process of the subjects of preschool teacher education experiment in the Republic of China absorbing and criticizing the theories and practices of foreign preschool teacher education in order to promote the formation of experimental rationality.This paper analyzes the promoting process of comprehensive and single sex education experiment to preschool teacher education experiment in the period of the Republic of China,and its leading and demonstration function in the aspects of target content,method and technology.The second part,including chapter three,chapter four,chapter five,and chapter six,which is the main content of the preschool teacher education experiment in the Republic of China.According to the historical facts,typicality and importance,this study selects the comprehensive preschool teacher education system and schooling system experiment.This paper focuses on the single item of preschool teacher education curriculum and teaching organization experiment.The experiments include the system experiment of "central kindergarten",the education system experiment of civilian preschool teachers,and the schooling system experiment of preschool teacher education institutions at senior and middle education levels.The paper analyzes the discovery,sorting and establishment process of the experimental problems of preschool teachers' education system and schooling system in the Republic of China.This paper analyzes the experimental process and theoretical results of the construction of the educational system and schooling system of preschool teachers in China.The paper analyzes the innovative promoting effect of civilian preschool teacher education experiment on the construction of Chinese scientific preschool teacher training system and rural construction experiment.The paper describes the experimental process of the dual-track system of preschool teacher education in the Republic of China.The course experiment selected "life education" course experiment,"behavior course" organization experiment,and "living education" course experiment.This paper analyzes the causes and establishment process of preschool teacher education curriculum experiment in the period of the Republic of China,and combs the goal establishment,content selection,classification,structure,organization and implementation process of preschool teacher education curriculum experiment under the guidance of life education,behaviorism and active education theory in the period of the Republic of China.This paper analyzes the course experiment of preschool teacher education in the period of the Republic of China on the construction of typical curriculum theory of preschool teacher education,curriculum system establishment and improvement of the promotion process,as well as the important influence on the development of preschool teacher education.The teaching organization experiment screened the "art friends" teaching experiment,"half Dalton" teaching organization experiment and practice teaching experiment.This paper analyzes the starting point,coordinate and focusing process of the discovery of the experimental problems of preschool teachers' education and teaching organization in the Republic of China period.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of teaching organization experiment and practice teaching experiment.This paper summarizes the goal,content and implementation process of each teaching organization experiment.The paper analyzes its promoting effect on the improvement of the teaching quality of preschool teachers in a Chinese,civilian,scientific and standardized way.In particular,it promotes the selection of key content and structuring of practice teaching for preschool teachers and students,and plays a key role in promoting the independent construction of preschool teachers' education theory.In the period of the Republic of China,because it was difficult to distinguish teaching method experiment from teaching organization experiment,with less content and less experimental characteristics,as an afterthought to this study.Taking Zhang Xuemen's practice teaching method experiment as an example,this paper analyzes and sorts out the origin,manifestation form and establishment process of practice teaching experiment of preschool teachers.This paper sorts out the theoretical basis,experimental objectives,experimental contents,experimental results and effects of Zhang Xuemen's experiment of preschool teacher education practice teaching methods.The third part,including the seven part,which explains the preschool teacher education during the period of the republic of experimental evaluation as well as the age of enlightenment.This paper summarizes the promoting effect of the educational experiment of preschool teachers in the Republic of China,in promoting the construction of China's modern preschool teacher education theory system,in promoting the expansion of the scale and quality of preschool teacher education,in promote the establishment of the standardization of preschool teacher education system,and in promoting the scientific and professional promotion of preschool teacher education curriculum teaching system,etc.This part investigates and analyzes the current rural kindergarten principals and teachers professionalization,scientific education process construction defects and promotion needs,and explains the current preschool teacher education response to the development of early childhood education deficiencies.This paper analyzes the enlightenment of the educational experiment of preschool teachers in the Republic of China on the professionalization construction of preschool teachers in the new era,the persistence of the core uniqueness in the promotion of preschool teachers' education,and the promotion of the experimental spirit,methods and technologies of preschool teachers' education.
