With the development of the education reform,rural early childhood teachers and the quality of rural teachers has gained more and more attention by Governments and scholars.Currently the project of "national training plan",and "provincial training plan" are in full swing,rural early childhood teachers' continuous education has achieved a new level.The training organized by the government is more than ever before.Kindergarten managers also began to encourage teachers to participate in continuous education.early childhood teachers are willing to get training through all kinds of training institutions to upgrade professional skills.They began to focus on self reflection to improve teaching level.in early childhood is the foundation stage of life.Quality of early childhood teachers directly affects the quality of early childhood education,and it is in this context,teachers ' continuing education came into being,especially for kindergarten teachers ' professional development in rural areas.Therefore,research of the rural teachers ' continuing education has great value to strengthen the management of rural teachers ' continuing education.However because of the limits of China's urban-rural dual structure,education of urban and rural areas in terms of teachers,courses,training has significant differences.A number of "chronic" problem has not been solved,which affects the quality of kindergarten teachers ' continuing education.This study mainly focus on preschool teachers ' continuing education in the current situation through questionnaire,covering the aspects of kindergarten teachers' basic information,awareness participation,requirements and an assessment of current continuing education.What is more,this paper apply the interview to make up for the shortages of questionnaires.Through the analysis of data,there are several drawbacks.From government level,It is lack funds support and training places;from kindergarten level,kindergarten managers has not established clear management mechanism for continuous education,and training funding and the teachers are insufficient,and teachers' mobility leads to the unwillingness of directors.;from teachers themselves,working-learning contradictions makes teachers cannot attend to the training and teachers professional level limits teachers self-education and reflection.In addition,training not focusing on the actual needs of teachers also greatly reduced the enthusiasm of teachers ' participation in continuing education.In order to ensure that rural early childhood teachers continuing education's high quality and high efficiency,aiming at the development of continuing education,the author puts forward some feasible countermeasures: we should perfect the relevant policies and legislation on the one hand,guarantee the right of teachers to participate in continuing education and establish protection mechanisms to encourage teacher participation.on the other hand,the government should widen the channel for continuing education,so that teachers can participate through diverse forms training strengthening the base construction,enhancing and optimizing curriculum of the teachers,and improving teachers ' continuing education in passion will also solve the problem to some extent.
