Research On Campus Football Competition System Of Teenagers In Beijing

The football match is fierce,the offensive and defensive conversion is extremely fast,and the degree of viewing is high.It has been loved by people all over the world and is therefore called the world's largest sport.The speeding up of the professionalization of football in China was after the HongShanKou meeting in 1992.However,the development of campus football was relatively low,resulting in a weak foundation and lack of talent.With the passage of time,the campus football activities have received attention and developed rapidly.However,there are unfavorable factors in the development of the Beijing campus football competition.As the problems accumulate,the healthy and orderly development of the campus football competition activities will be affected.Restricting the cultivation and development of reserve talents will in turn affect the popularity and improvement of football.To understand the present situation of primary and secondary schools football competition in Beijing,and carries on the research and analysis,using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,the analysis of problems existing in the system,find the pattern that suits the Beijing primary and secondary schools football competition system,put forward the suggestion to solve the problems.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:(1)the sponsor of the Beijing campus football competition is not unified,and the goal of the campus football competition is deviated,leading to differences in the nature of the competition and affecting the overall implementation of the campus football competition;(2)the Beijing campus football competition presents the problems and contradictions,and the Beijing campus football competition,imperfect management system is directly related to the Beijing municipal education committee,the Beijing campus football association,the Beijing municipal sports bureau,the three unclear division of responsibilities,the administrative department do not fundamentally solve the tube part;(3)In carrying out,the Beijing campus football competition grouping,imperfect competition system,unreasonable level issue such as difference of divided not clear,the bridging of the event,which influence the development of campus football on whole;(4)the Beijing campus football competition rules,rewards and punishmentsystem is imperfect,lack of rewards and punishment of the competition and evaluation system,inadequate competition resource utilization,low marketization degree,no form of Beijing campus football brand competition.For the problems that have already emerged,the corresponding countermeasures have been analyzed and put forward:(1)to clarify the host organization of Beijing campus football games,define the overall objectives and stage goals of the competitions,and establish and improve the local campus football competition organization and management system in Beijing;(2)to clarify the responsibilities of various departments of institutions and ensure the smooth development of campus football competition;(3)Increase the grouping of competitions,improve the competition system,clarify the level of competitions,improve the cohesion between competitions,and improve the overall appreciation of competitions;(4)actively optimize the competition system,make reasonable use of the competition resources,and improve the rules and regulations.
