Improvement Plan For "Qiyuan Cup" Campus Football League In Beijing Xisanqi School District

Through the study of the competition organization plan of "qiyuan cup" campus football league in Beijing xisanqi school district,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,the advantages are continued to be used,and the deficiencies are supplemented and improved.Make a detailed analysis of each link,so that each step is carried out to the specific person in charge.The whole paper is a competition scheme that can be directly used in the campus football league.The program design fully considers that the team members are students and athletes,and adjusts the competition system for the purpose of combining the arrangement of their school cultural courses,reducing the occurrence of sports injuries and improving their skills and tactics.Innovative design of the "parent-child football day" so that parents have the opportunity to contact football,and children together to experience the fun of football.With the participation of more adult parents,the popularity of the competition naturally increased.It can attract more social groups to pay attention to football games in primary and secondary schools and attract more teenagers to participate in school football.This study can not only be used as the organization scheme of primary and secondary school football league,but also provide certain reference value for the theoretical research of school football league.This study used the methods of literature,field investigation,interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics.In this paper,the designer and the main staff of the previous "flag garden cup" competition scheme were interviewed,not only to understand the overall idea of the previous design scheme,but also to gain some experience.Interviews were conducted with some coaches,referees and athletes participating in the games to mainly understand what Suggestions and opinions they have on the games through their own experience.Interviews were conducted with the parents of the participating players to get their opinions on campus football,Suggestions on the "garden of flags cup" football match and whether they would like to participate in the football game or the match if they have the opportunity to participate with their children.Field study was conducted on the schools participating in the "qiyuan cup" competition,mainly to observe the formation of football teams,the integrity of football equipment and facilities,and whether the football field can be qualified as the home field.Main research achievements:(1)the structure of the campus football competition plan is not reasonable enough,and there are omissions,duplications and no innovations.(2)the rules and regulations are not sound enough,and there is no detailed description on the work content and work requirements of the working institutions participating in the competition organization and implementation.(3)there is no correct understanding and application of the four parts of the competition organization for the preparation,pre-competition preparation,competition implementation and competition completion.(4)the overall construction of the campus football game operation team and the efficiency of the game resources need to be improved.
