Study On The Football Competition System Of The Provincial Middle School Campus In Hunan Province

On November 26,2014,the National Youth Campus Football Work Teleconference proposed that campus football as a breakthrough to drive school sports reform,within three years the country will identify 20,000 primary and secondary schools as football special schools,and build 200 high-level football teams,the establishment of the national campus football four-level league system.As for the analysis of the current situation,the problems in the campus football competition system in Hunan Province's middle school restrict the development of campus football competition in Hunan Province on the one hand,and the pace of campus football reform on the other.Therefore,further study of the problems in the school football competition system in Hunan Province is conducive to promoting the overall development of campus football in the whole country,effective lying and strengthening the physical fitness of young people.Using literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,expert interviews and other research methods,this study investigates the current situation of the school football competition in Hunan Province,analyzes the deficiency of the competition system,innovates the school football competition system in Hunan Province from the perspective of campus football culture construction,and draws the following conclusions:1,the current situation of the provincial high school campus football tournamentin in Hunan Province:(1)Hunan Province campus football activities in the different goals of the leagues,the nature of the school football inter-school league in the course of the development of the main to improve interest in football,improve the level of football,exchange and learn from each other mainly;The focus on training,and even sent to higher-level training teams for further study,will eventually add new power to Chinese football,while the education department's campus football league aims to enrich the campus football flower,expand the influence of campus football,and improve the level of campus football at the grass-roots level;(2)Hunan provincial high school campus football resources:national policy campus football development laid the foundation;(3)With the high attention and support of the Hunan Provincial People's Government,the leading group of youth school football management in Hunan Province,led by the education department and assisted by the sports department,manages all the management,training and organization of daily activities;(4)The Hunan Provincial School And Footy Office has strictly defined the league system,competition group setting and student-athlete registration procedures for the provincial leagues;(5)Hunan Provincial High School Campus Football League tournament smaller,each competition has different reward mechanisms,the promotion of the event mainly depends on the website publishing and related media reports.2,the current Hunan Province high school campus football competition system is mainly problematic:(1)The objectives of the competition are not clear,mainly manifested in the participating schools to carry out campus football activities of the ideological awareness and attention is not high enough;(2)The lack of competition resources,mainly reflected in the lack of funds for the competition,the number and quality gap of coaches and referees is large,the school site facilities are not perfect;(3)The unreasonable organization is mainly manifested in the lack of basic functions of various departments and the low degree of tacit understanding between them;(4)The rules and regulations of the competition are not sound enough,mainly for the grouping of the event is not reasonable enough,the level of the event is not divided,the qualification examination procedureis is cumbersome;(5)The race system is not perfect:the incentive mechanism needs to be further improved,the event publicity is lacking.3,according to the national campus football objectives,combined with the actual situation in Hunan Province,put forward the development strategy of the campus football competition system in Hunan Province,the specific strategy is:(1)To clarify the objectives of all levels of the game and the goals of campus football at all stages,and to formulate the goals and programs suitable for the campus football competition series in accordance with the actual situation of Hunan Province in accordance with the final goals and stage objectives of the campus football competition in accordance with the state;(2)Optimize competition resources,mainly through multi-channel
