Race walking is one of China's track and field advantage projects.In recent years,it has competed for gold in many international competitions and achieved very good results.However,it has also experienced the low tide of the Olympic Games and other world competitions.On the whole,China's track and field In the ascending stage,especially in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games men and women 20 km walking project,men's 20 km Wang Zhen and Cai Zelin swept the championship runner-up,women's 20 km champion Liu Hong and Ji Jun Lu Xiuzhi,indicating that our country's walking has reached the international level.In recent years,along with the retiring of a group of excellent walking athletes,such as Wang Zhen and Chen Ding,a new batch of outstanding athletes such as Wang Kaihua and Jin Xiang gradually emerged.They understand the technical characteristics of the current Chinese elite walking athletes and the excellence of other countries.There are still advantages and deficiencies in the race walkers in comparison with them,which has certain reference significance for improving and improving the walking skills of Chinese walking athletes.This article uses the literature data method,expert interview method,measurement method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method for the 2017 IAAF race walking challenge competition and the National Walking Walking Grand Prix(Taicang station)6athletes(2 foreign athletes,Chinese athletes 4)of the game technology research.research shows:1.In terms of linear indicators,foreign athletes belong to the "small-step high-frequency" technical style.The overall pace of 20-kilometer walkers in China has a pace-based technical characteristics.Wang Rui also belongs to a small-step technology style.In terms of pace indicators,the pace of left and right athletes is relatively stable.The pace of left and right athletes in China is relatively large,and the left and right single step frequency is unstable.The walking distance of China's walking walking athletes around the high speed is large,and there is a large difference in left and right evacuation distance.,is the main reason causing vacated technical fouls.2.In terms of time indicators,foreign athletes in the entire game whether low-speed walking or high-speed walking,vacant time are controlled within the fuzzy vacant time limit,the overall time of our athletes' vacancy is generally large,individual athletes in the high-speed walk exceeded the guilty vacated The time limit is easy to be penalized;the period of front support phase is shorter than that of foreign athletes,and the rear support phase time is significantly higher than that of foreign walking athletes.3.In terms of angle indicators,the angle between two legs of foreign athletes is small,the angle between the two legs of our walking athletes is generally large,and the hip joint is open;the thighs overlapping the knee joint angle are less than the foreign walking athletes at high speed,and the swinging legs are not enough to relax.The technical problems of the lower leg are serious;the foot elevation angle is too small during landing,which causes the trunk to lean forward,which is the main reason for technical fouls.The foreign excellent athletes keep the arm swinging at a low speed and high speed,and the Chinese walking athletes have insufficient rear wheels at high speed;The angle between the front and rear arms and small arms at the time of high-speed walking is overall small,causing physical tension and reducing the technical stability;the angle of the support leg ankle joints is generally small compared with foreign athletes and needs further improvement.
