The Analysis Of Taekwondo Technique And Tactics In The 13^th National Games Under The New Rules

With the end of the 31 st Olympic Cycle,the World Taekwondo Federation has made changes to the rules in response to some problems in the Taekwondo competition of the 2016 Olympic Games,and in January 2017 introduced new rules,China in order to keep up with the development of taekwondo in the world,as soon as possible to adapt to the new rules,It was decided to adopt the new rules in the 13 th National Games Taekwondo Competition.Taekwondo rules guide the development of technical and tactical,when the rules change,the technical and tactical will inevitably change,so every time the new rules are introduced,the new rules for athletes under the technical and tactical research is essential.The National Games as the domestic top Taekwondo events,the cycle and level of the same set with the Olympic Games,athletes in the National Games in the technical and tactical use of China's Taekwondo sports technical and tactical development level is very representative.Therefore,this paper selected the 13 th National Games Taekwondo athletes at all levels 1/4 final,semi-finals and finals of a total of 56 games as the object of study,using literature,logic analysis,expert interview,video observation and mathematical statistics and other research methods,the new rules guide the use of technical and tactical athletes statistics and analysis,The aim is to analyze the characteristics and shortcomings of the technical and tactical application of Taekwondo athletes in China under the guidance of the new rules.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The new rules encourage aggressive attacks by increasing the number of torso points and strict penalties for foul behavior such as "avoiding the game," "knee obstruction" and "grabbing or pushing the other player",thus increasing the intensity and excitement of the game.(2)The 13 th National Games Taekwondo competition 2 points attack abdominal technology use more times.Front cross-kick,rear cross-kick and side kick as a conventional attack technology,the use of more times and score accounted for a relatively large.After the "push and kick" behavior is allowed,the follow-up technology is explored,and the various "push and kick" techniques in the 13 th National Games Taekwondo competition are available.(3)The use of athletes' offensive tactics in the 13 th National Games Taekwondo competition is much higher than the counter-attack and counter-attack tactics,Taekwondo athletes in the game attack more proactive,in the attack and defense unit in the game,the second inning,the third inning and the extra-time game in each attack and defense unit 2 times,3 times and above the hand-to-hand behavior outstanding.The use function of Taekwondo men's side kicking technology is shifting in the direction of direct attack,and the use function of Taekwondo women's athlete side kicking technology is developing towards transitional role.(4)In the 13 th National Games Taekwondo competition,there were more fouls in the field.Strict penalties for "avoiding the game","knee obstruction","grabbing or pushing the other player" can effectively encourage the athlete to take the initiative to attack and reduce the appearance of such fouls.
