400 meters is the periodic motion of a physical class,belonging to the ultimate strength,is recognized as the most difficult to practice sports track in the project,so for a good 400 meters athletes,improve the ability of the technology is one of the essential qualities of 400 meters.At present,there is still a certain gap between Chinese women's 400 meter runners and the world's top players.At present,China's female 400-meter runner and the world's outstanding women 400 meters athletes level still has a certain gap,the formation of this gap has a physical aspect of the reasons,there are some other factorsBased on the methods of documentation,video analysis,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes a technical analysis of the first three athletes' starting,accelerating,running and sprint during the thirteenth women's 400 metre finals.1.The Start stage: Cheng Chong and Tong had used the "ordinary" starting device installation method,Yang Huizhen adopted the "close type" installation.The starting position of Yang Huizhen and Cheng Chong is the arms slightly bent,hands shoulder width and spacing is larger than,Tong Zeng Huan uses the straight arm support,hands shoulder slightly wider than shoulder width distance.Yang Huizhen was the fastest in the start of the start,and the child was the slowest,and had a positive correlation with the final match.2.The Accelerate stage: Yang Huizhen and Cheng Chong trunk pressure is relatively low,the upper body forward angle,small amplitude gravity.Tong Cenghuan's center of gravity rises faster when he moves away from the starting device,and the support point is in the projection point of the body's center of gravity,which limits its acceleration.3.The running stage: Yang consultation showed lower pressure PA positive,after kicking fast and powerful,but the flight time is larger,Cheng Chong Yang Huizhen step relative to a single step by step length is smaller,shorter flight time,and Tong Zeng Huan is the three athletes in the short step,but the minimum flight time,showed the characteristics of stationary technology rhythm.4.The Sprint stage: Cheng Chong upper limb muscles tense,stride faster,swinging leg lift height and running stage decreased.Yang Huizhen frequency decreased after tic time prolonged,mainly by increasing stride to compensate for the lack of frequency.Tong Cenghuan ran the end point of technological change is small,the basic maintenance of the technical movements of running?...
