A Research On Allocation Of Physical Education Resources Of Primary Schools For Basketball Special Of Beijing In 2016

On August 11,2016,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the pilot work of basketball promotion on campus.It was decided to start the pilot work on campus basketball promotion from 2016.There are a total of 54 campus basketball featured schools selected in 2016 in Beijing,including primary schools.27 schools,27 middle schools.This paper has conducted an in-depth investigation and analysis of the allocation of physical education resources of 27 primary school campus basketball special schools to grasp the detailed realization of the allocation of physical education resources of the basketball school in Beijing primary schools,and further improved campus basketball characteristics on this basis.School physical education resources construction,and put forward to improve the campus basketball school physical education resources allocation efficiency strategy.In this paper,questionnaires and field surveys were used to investigate the allocation of physical education resources in the first batch of 27 primary schools selected for campus basketball in Beijing in 2016.The survey includes: human resources and material resources.,financial resources and information resources at four levels.And draw the following conclusions:1.In terms of human resources,the gender imbalance of physical education teachers tends to be younger than that of physical education teachers.The educational structure of physical education teachers is not conducive to overall sustainable development,and the distribution of professional titles is somewhat unbalanced.It is mainly caused by such factors as the household registration system,teacher salary and salary,and gender concept.2.In terms of material resources,the standard of sports grounds for basketball school campuses in elementary schools in Beijing is moderate,which is reflected in the fact that venue quality and specifications do not meet the standards.The standard rate of sports equipment is low.It is mainly caused by the lack of funds for sports in some schools,inadequate implementation of relevant policies,and the geographical location of the school.3.In terms of financial resources,the primary school basketball school in Beijing has a relatively single source of funding,with less investmentin information resources in terms of funding,and it is difficult to meet the teaching needs.The reasons for this phenomenon are: Schools are too dependent on the government's administrative allocations,and it is difficult for the government to achieve targeted investment in specific funds.4.In terms of information resources,the allocation of information resources in Beijing's primary school campus basketball school is not perfect,the allocation rate of sports books and periodicals is low,and teachers' access to information is relatively simple.It is mainly caused by school leaders' low level of attention to physical education courses and insufficient school funding.According to the actual situation of Beijing's elementary school campus basketball school,the following suggestions are made:1.In terms of human resources,when schools introduce talents,they may be appropriately inclined toward middle-aged teachers with high professional titles and high quality.When recruiting young teacher teachers,they should also abandon the constraints of the household registration system and open the door for talent recruitment.2.In terms of material resources,in the event that sports venues are not up to standard,schools should actively seek cooperation from the community to actively establish a sharing mechanism for the stadiums and the surrounding communities.3.In terms of financial resources,schools need to strengthen publicity and promotion of school-characterized sporting events to increase the power of corporate social capital injection.4.In terms of information resources,the education administration department should issue relevant policies to clarify the criteria for the allocation of school information resources,and guide and improve the allocation of information resources in schools from the policy perspective.
