In recent years,the economic development and social progress have made the distribution of urban and rural education resources unevenly increased,and the gap between urban and rural areas has been growing.The promotion of the pilot reform of urban-rural integration in Henan Province will certainly ease the gap between rural areas and cities,but it will not fundamentally change the gap between development gaps.There are still many bottlenecks in education that are urgently needed to be solved.Problems such as:the uneven distribution of sports resources in secondary school compulsory education,the imperfect system of education and management system and the inadequate supervision and evaluation all directly lead to the imbalance of urban and rural sports resources allocation,which not only affects the realization of fairness in regional education,but cannot guarantee the physical and mental health of students devevelopment,and even seriously hindered the process of urban-rural integration,affecting the overall quality of compulsoryeducation in Henan Province,the progress and speed of improvement.In view of the research on the allocation of physical education resources in urban and rural areas in our country,most of the relevant achievements at present are aimed at comparing the first-tier cities with the poor rural areas.However,comparing the third-tier cities in the Central Plains with ordinary rural secondary education resources Therefore,taking the configuration of physical education resources in junior middle schools in urban and rural areas of Kaifeng as the research object,this paper discusses the problems in the allocation of physical education resources in junior middle schools in urban and rural areas.And based on the current situation,we should put forward corresponding countermeasures based on the comprehensive analysis,necessary and meaningful.This research takes the junior high school physical education resource allocation in urban and rural areas of Kaifeng as the research object.By using the research methods of questionnaire,interview and comparative study,this paper makes a survey on 30 junior high schools and 30 junior high schools in Kaifeng City,Investigate,analyze and analyze the status quo in order to find out the problems that hinder the large differences in the resources of physical education in urban and rural areas in Kaifeng,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems in order to provide reference for the improvement of physical education in Kaifeng middle school.Research indicates:1?The lack of teachers in rural areas in Kaifeng City,young urban and rural junior high school physical education teachers;work of different nature,resulting in a serious imbalance between male and female teachers;urban and rural wage disparities,differences in educational level between schools and other factors,so that female physical education teachers in individual City school.Physical education teachers in urban and rural areas gradually become highly educated,undergraduate-based,postgraduate qualifications teachers are also increasing year by year,mainly flock to urban junior high school.Urban junior high school full-time sports teacher preparation ratio was significantly higher than the rural junior high school.Although teachers 'salary difference is gradually narrowing,the gap between urban teachers and teachers' benefits is more obvious.In the on-the-job training,the physical education teachers of junior high school in Kaifeng City are more than the rural PE teachers.On the one hand,there are many opportunities for urban junior high school and the training is convenient.On the other hand,the physical education teachers in junior middle schools in rural areas have heavy workload and shortage of teachers.Urban and rural areas in the published quantity and quality of the papers is not high,the pressure of work and school attention,resulting in less research effort in urban and rural physical education teachers,willing to small.There is a certain gap between urban and rural PE teachers in the teaching work.2?The economic difference between urban and rural areas,different degrees of emphasis on sports,resulting in the local government funding for education in junior high school gap is obvious.The total funding for education in urban junior high schools far more than the rural junior high school,on the other hand the urban junior high school funding sources are not widely dependent on the local government or central government funding;in corporate sponsorship and social contributions are also increasing year by year;while rural junior high school funding sources are relatively single,Government capacity to pay is limited.Coupled with the traditional concept of the impact of low awareness of rural junior high school sports,sports per capita per capita expenditure is on the gap significantly.As a result,the urban junior middle school has superiority in sports funds to satisfy the school teaching work satisfaction.3?Kaifeng urban and rural junior high school track and field and other playgrounds,there is a certain amount of quality and quality gap between the types and quantity of sports equipment is obvious.Kaifeng city junior high school sports equipment to meet basic teaching needs,and equipment standardization is better;especially private junior high school.Rural junior high school sports equipment is aging seriously,and annual maintenance costs are too high.Rural junior high school venue area,the degree of standardization is too low.In the venue to meet the teaching needs of equipment,urban junior high school obvious advantages.4?Kaifeng urban and rural junior high school sports information resources allocation has some improvement,advanced information equipment is also popular,but the total gap was obvious;urban junior high school sports columns and publicity in school more comprehensive,updated and more timely,rural junior high school by sports funding In terms of the problems,the allocation of information resources is not enough,coupled with the information literacy of rural physical education teachers,the use of information resources is not enough.
