Objective:The research object was chosen for preparing the 13 th National Games in 2017.There were 12(6 males and 6 females)excellent trampoline athletes from Shanxi Province were selected.Based on the selection of regular body composition and biochemical indexes,RPE(Rating of Perceived Exertion)was used to test and fast and unbroken Omega Wave Sport Technology System(Omega Wave System)of the advanced sports teams in China was introduced to monitor physical function of the athletes in a multi-angle,fast,real-time,comprehensive and periodic way.The athlete's body,central nervous fatigue and recovery ability are immediately reflected.It is more comprehensive to understand the athlete's adaptability regarding the training load and physical status to reduce the fatigue and give scientific consideration for timely adjustment of the training program.We are fully committed to provide solid technological guarantee for winning MEDALS in the 13 th National Games in 2017.Methods:By using documentation,interview,testing,mathematical statistics and contrastive analysis,We monitored and studied the body function state of excellent Trampoline Athletes in Shanxi.In combination of test result and training performance,we compared and analyzed the differences and correlations in terms of different indicators.Conclusion:1)The comparative analysis of the body composition test shows that the excellent trampoline athletes in Shanxi meet the requirements of the project competitive characteristics.During training period,the effect of men's on weight control and muscle increase is more remarkable than that of women.The reasonable monitoring and controlling in the training has provided the objective and necessary basis for the adjustment of coaches' training plan.The intervention training of testing results has a certain effect on improving the training effect and symmetrical balance of the muscles between the left and right sides of the athletes.2)The comparative analysis of various biochemical indexes of athletes shows that the body has a good adaptability to the training load.The CK index of female athletes had a significant differences(p<0.01).In January,the training intensity and time of female athletes were higher than other time.The changes in testosterone levels indicate that the female athlete recovered well in February.The biochemical indexes of male athletes are not statistically significant after the whole test and multiple analysis.The monitoring of CK indicators showed that the training intensity and time have a greater stimulating to muscle stimulation in men athletes in March 2017.3)The overall analysis of the five Omegawave system monitoring showed that body state and central nervous excitability between men and women athletes were not statistically significant,but the evaluation score of central nerve excitability was lower than that of the body state.A comprehensive contrastive analysis of athletes' biochemical indicators,reaction time and other monitoring indicators show that athletes' body fatigue and nerve fatigue may not occur at the same time.It reflects the changes in various indexes of the heart system of women athletes but does not have statistical significance.There is a remarkably significant differences in the quiet pulse index of the male athletes(P<0.01).The indicators of the energy metabolism system tested by the overall test and multiple analysis were not statistically significant for both male and female athletes.The monitoring results showed that the aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity index of male and female athletes were in normal range,but relatively low.The value of quiet potential was not statistically significant in the test of the central nervous system regulation ability.Lower limbs explosive power and reaction time of the indicators monitoring showed that female athletes reaction index has a very significant difference(P < 0.01),and a significant difference between men's athletes' reaction time index(P<0.05),other indicators are not statistically significant.4)In the RPE test of the female athletes of Shanxi excellent trampoline,there was a significant difference in the overall performance(P<0.01).In February and March,the athletes' sense of self-perception was higher.There was no significant difference in RPE test in male athletes(P>0.05).In February,the athletes had higher self-perceived exercise intensity.
