With the arrival of the information age, all kinds of information are filled with people’s lives,and archival information resources which are records of human activities in this period have alsoattracted extensive attention. In order to use information resources, the countries of the worldconstruct the digital archive system actively by using modern technology and equipment.At thesame time, there are different levels and different content research about University Digital ArchiveSystem.This paper analyses information on eco-systems and information theory of ecological chain bycombining with other research based on other scholars in order to expand the research about theUniversity Digital ecosystem-based file system information circulation slow capability. The writingof this article think that this paper can give new ideas to the research about university digital filesystem information flow theory and practice by finding a large number of domestic and foreignliterature, and this paper can promote a more harmonious development of the university digital filesystem services.First, this paper analyses the basic theory about information flow, comparing university digitalarchive system with general information ecosystem components and analyses the composition ofthe University Digital Archive System Information ecological chain. University Digital ArchiveSystem is a new research paradigm which is composed of three elements in order to adapt to theinformation on the ecological environment. The elements are information person, informationresources, information environment. The university digital file system information ecological chainmaintain the balance and stability by the various chain dependencies coordination.This chain arecomposed of information producers, information transfer, the information consumers.Subsequently, this paper analyses information flow capacity evaluation of university digitalarchive system, and determine the five modules about the information transfer procedure byinformation behavior. The five modules should include information collection module, informationprocessing module, information dissemination module, information utilization module, informationfeedback module. The five modules not only is an important part of this paper, but also is based on the theoretical foundation of the university digital file of the ecological system construction andmanagement, and thus determine the influencing factors’ composition of the University Digital filesystem information flow capability.Based on the above analysis, this paper build evaluation index system about university digitalfile system information flow capacity, the index system is composed of information-gatheringfunction, information processing capabilities, information publishing features, information usingfunction, information feedback function. Finally, this paper analyses Shanxi University of Finance’digital information flow capacity of the file system through a survey and the use of principalcomponent analysis, and ultimately proposed five strategies in order to promote Shanxi Universityof Finance’ digital file system information flow capacity building.
