In 2014,the State Council Document No.46 put forward the "create a fitness atmosphere" instructions to encourage the public's daily fitness activities,making our national fitness atmosphere stronger.At the same time,the State Sports General Administration issued the document No.124,Some Opinions on General Administration of Sports on Promoting the Reform of Sports Event Approval System,to abolish approval of national sports events which including commercial and mass sporting events.One year later,the Chinese Association announced the abolition of the marathon event approval which made the marathon became a hot event.In summary,as an international gold medal tournament,Hangzhou Marathon has become increasingly prominent.For the success of the Hangzhou Marathon,volunteers have shown their power as the backbone in the event.In 2016,the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development put forward the "basic structure covering the whole society of the national fitness network" instructions,requiring the establishment of a comprehensive fitness volunteer service long-term mechanism.Based on the above documents and phenomena,the study of the management of human resources in Hangzhou Marathon Volunteers will provide a theoretical and practical basis for establishing a long-term mechanism for comprehensive fitness volunteer service.This study used the method of literature,interview,logical analysis to sort out the Hangzhou Marathon Volunteer Human Resource Management Characteristics from following seven aspects: the human resources planning,recruitment and selection,positioning and training,configuration,incentive,supervision and evaluation,dismissal.Then found out the problems of Hangzhou Marathon volunteer human resources management through the literature,expert interviews and logical analysis methods.Finally,put forward countermeasures.Hangzhou Marathon Volunteer Human Resource Management is advancing in exploration.At the beginning,the management mode was quite easy.Gradually,the management style became more systematic,establishing the complete managing style from human resources planning,recruitment and selection,positioning and training,configuration,incentives,supervision and evaluation and demobilization.However,we found some problems about Hangzhou Marathon human resource management as following: 1.Lack of volunteers managing department;2.Volunteer recruitment requirements are not clear;3 Lack of volunteer selection mechanism;4.Volunteer training is not implemented.In order to solve the problems above,improve and develop the Hangzhou Marathon Volunteer Human Resource Management and attract more volunteers to participate in volunteer service,especially the following countermeasures,the following countermeasures are proposed: 1.Establishing the department of human recourse management;2.Clarify the recruitment requirements of non-professional volunteers in colleges and universities;3.Implementing the Selection Mechanism of College Volunteers;4.Implement volunteer training system.
