The vigorous development of China's marathon runnership benefited from the introduction of the National Fitness Program(2011-2015).In2017 alone,there were more than 400 officially registered events in China,more than 20 times in 2011.As the scale of the event continues to expand,the various aspects of the event are becoming more and more complicated.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the competition,the volunteers' work has become an important part of the whole event,and because of the particularity and social value of their work,Gradually become a hot spot of research.Changsha is an important central city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.It is one of the first historical and cultural cities in the country.Since ancient times,it has gathered a lot of people,and it has become a leader in the world.It has condensed the Huxiang culture of "usefulness and eclecticism" and "being worried and daring." "The spirit of Changsha." In 2015,the marathon was held for the first time.In 2017,in order to find the red imprint and enrich the cultural heritage,Changsha became the last stop of the red marathon of China and was awarded the honorary title of “2017 China Marathon Gold Medal”.It has profound meaning and marathon.It has gradually become a landmark event in Changsha.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze and discuss the various aspects of volunteer management in theChangsha Marathon.Based on the literature review,this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of volunteers in Changsha International Marathon and the management process of volunteers by using questionnaires,expert interviews and logic analysis methods.Optimization strategy.According to research:1.As the last stop of the red tour of the Chinese Marathon,Changsha was awarded the honorary title of “2017 China Marathon Gold Medal”,which has far-reaching significance.Volunteer work has special characteristics such as voluntary,unpaid and public welfare.2.The age of volunteers is between 18 and 24 years old,males account for 64.3%,women account for 35.7%,college education accounts for 65.2%,and undergraduate degree accounts for 34.8%.Gender structure,academic level and age structure are ideal,but recruitment methods and Volunteer participation is relatively simple,and the experience and ability to deal with emergencies needs to be improved.3.The management process of Changsha Marathon volunteers is divided into five stages: planning,acquisition,training,use and motivation.The pre-employment training content of volunteers includes basic knowledge,job knowledge,site knowledge and professional knowledge.Most volunteers agree with the training content,but the post-targeting and training effects need to be further improved.Throughthe demand motivation survey,the incentives for volunteers are mainly to issue honorary certificates,appropriate material rewards,and selection of outstanding volunteers,but there is a lack of logistical support during volunteer work.4.The optimization of volunteer management in Changsha International Marathon should be carried out in terms of project management refinement,diversification of recruitment methods,integration of training content,effective management mechanism and innovation of incentive mechanism.
