Management Research On Volunteers Of Xichang Bohai Wetland International Marathon

Xichang Qionghai wetland International Marathon,Xichang marathon.For the first time in 2014,held in Sichuan,Xichang,has been successfully held for three consecutive years,the three race.In 2016 Chinese marathon annual meeting,the Xichang marathon was awarded the "China Athletic Association medal event" honorary title,the Xichang marathon has become the first country with only three years won the "gold medal event" marathon.The Xichang marathon is an important representative in the history of track and field in Sichuan province.It is held every year in the early November.Now there are about 23 thousand people participating in the competition every year.The research object of this paper is the managers and volunteers of the Xichang marathon,using the methods of questionnaire survey,literature review,field survey and expert interview,and so on.According to the advanced experience of volunteer management at home and abroad famous marathon,analyzes and discusses the management method of Xichang marathon volunteers,come to the conclusion:(1)the Xichang marathon volunteers were mostly students in Xichang College,educational level and higher quality of thought,have good knowledge;(2)most of the Xichang Marathon volunteer managers are responsible for the organizing committee or the Xichang College students selected by the staff;(3)the Xichang marathon volunteer participation motivation is to broaden their horizons and get more experience and to become a volunteer for honor;(4)the Xichang marathon in Colleges and universities volunteer recruitment information is mainly derived from the school leadership,teacher student cadre school of publicity and recruitment and obtain a single comparison;(5)the Xichang marathon volunteer training mode according to the different batches of volunteer positions to conduct training,training content is mainly post knowledge based,supplemented by other knowledge;(6)the Xichang marathon volunteers in incentives and job security,for the period of service supply and transportation,catering for the lower satisfaction.In this paper,the conclusion of the investigation and analysis of its influencing factors,put forward the following suggestions:(1)establish a volunteer organization management system perfect;(2)set up a local event volunteer management mode;(3)to take reasonable and effective incentive mechanism for volunteers;(4)the establishment of a sound volunteer management and supervision mechanism.
