The Research On The Students Fund Management Of Xin Jiang Institute Of Light Industry Technology

In China,after the reform of the colleges and universities enrollment expansion in 1998,the country has changed the system of training for tuition and distribution and the cultivation mode who pay some tuition fees and graduate from their own work is gradually promoted with the colleges and universities students scale expanding rapidly.Under the new regime,the problem of financing management of poor students in colleges and universities has aroused high concern from society and government.Through active exploration and practice,we formulated a diversified policy for poverty-stricken students in line with China's national conditions.Higher vocational colleges aim at cultivating technical and skilled applicability talents.The complexity of students and the weak foundation of students also lead to the complexity of student management in higher vocational colleges.The poverty-funded work system needs to be improved.Xin Jiang Institute of Light Industry Technology is the first batch of ordinary higher vocational colleges in Xin Jiang Uygur autonomous region,which is one of the national backbone demonstration higher vocational college.This paper is based on the study of Xin Jiang Institute of Light Industry Technology,using field investigation and questionnaire survey research method,by virtue of qualitative and quantitative research on the problems and causes of the college's student funding work,and put forward the policy suggestions and implementation measures of improving student funding management.The main research contents include defining the basic concepts of higher vocational colleges and students' funding management and explaining the relevant theoretical basis through the review of the domestic and overseas research status of student financial aid management firstly,and analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the development of higher vocational colleges and students in Xin Jiang secondly,and through questionnaire survey and interview,using statistical analysis tools to discuss the characteristics and problems of students' funding management in Xin Jiang Institute of Light Industry Technology thirdly,and puting forward the model and corresponding policy Suggestions for the improvement of student financial aid management in combination with the domestic and international student funding management system and experience fourthly.The main conclusions of this study are as follows.Firstly,the number of students and ethnic minorities in Xin Jiang Institute of Light Industry Technology is quite large.It is also found that the number of students in poverty is also large,which is made up of ethnic minorities.In financial management for poor students,there exists the features are as the following.The proportion of students with difficulties in family economy is increasing generally.And the problem of proportion distribution of students is increasingly prominent.And students have a weak sense of social responsibility and thin gratitude.Secondly,Xin Jiang Institute of Light Industry Technology is a representative college in Xin Jiang vocational college.Its student support management mainly includes scholarships,student loans and work-study.Through questionnaire and qualitative analysis,we found that there is a lack of government policy in the student funding work and college organization management system,and students themselves involved in obstacles and so on.The reasons include ideological reasons,institutional reasons and other reasons.Thirdly,learning from the experience of foreign students,the paper puts forward a working model to explore the combination of "state + regional + enterprise + campus" funding and "material + spiritual" funding.We will strengthen the long-term planning of education and improve the student funding management system,and establish a sound system to optimize the organizational structure of students' funding management,and make full use of technical means to realize the dynamic tracking and supervision of student funding effect to encourage social and banking institutions,to actively participate in student support and to strengthen the relevant suggestions of the poor student fund management of Xin Jiang Institute of Light Industry Technology.Fourthly,the mechanism to identify poor students lack of rationality;decide the lack of justice;psychological factors that hinder the funded work carried out;improper family education hindered financial aid;college students in poor students successfully complete their education role remains to be improved;for poor students funded and not only in money and material level,should be follow up to solve the psychological problems of needy students;degree of satisfaction from the point of view,funding management has increased space;fund management system should be further improved;part-time job can not meet the needs of poor students.In a word,the paper argues that the establishment of the financing system with paid support and the widening of the study channels,the status of state student loan is prominent.Relying on moral education to promote the realization of the function of educating people,it is the key to solve the current higher vocational college student funds management work.It is of great practical significance and application value to promote the optimization of funding mode and promote the efficiency and efficiency of funding.
