As an important part of the national education system,secondary vocational and technical education is an important way to promote the vigorous development of social economy,promote employment,ensure and improve people's livelihood.From the eighteenth big report "to promote higher quality jobs" to the pointed out that the party's 19 "achieve higher quality more full employment",clearly reflects the high quality of employment is important.At present,China's secondary vocational and technical schools mostly reflect or even represent the quality of employment with a single employment rate,emphasizing "quantity" rather than "quality",ignoring the realistic problem of "high quantity and low quality" employment rate.Secondary vocational education as a part of education,the quality of students' employment is related to the coordinated development of the economy and society.In this paper,some 2016,2017 and 2018 secondary vocational students in wuhu city were selected as the object for questionnaire and interview research,and the employment status of secondary vocational students was qualitatively analyzed,and the students' school status,school status,family status and opinions on the current employment status of secondary vocational students were statistically analyzed.Combined with the theory of human capital,the theory of comprehensive development of human beings and the theory of new public management,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the employment quality of secondary vocational students.In this paper,the quality of secondary vocational students' employment is affected by four aspects: the social aspect,the employment environment and regional economic differences lead to the lack of job security,which is not conducive to the employment and development of secondary vocational students.In terms of schools,the unclear guiding ideology of school education,loose management of teaching activities and insufficient emphasis on employment guidance affect the employment quality of students.In terms of family,family environment and parents' views have asubtle influence on students' career expectations and employment choices.In terms of students,the lack of autonomy in choice,vague vocational cognition,general learning status and inadequate employment preparation all affect the employment quality to different degrees.Based on this,this paper combined with the relevant literature analysis,from the social employment environment,school talent training model and curriculum career planning,family environment and employment concept,students themselves comprehensive training and development perspective to explain the secondary vocational students' employment quality improvement Suggestions and opinions.
