The rapid changes in society and education system bring great shock to secondary vocational education, and under the pressure of enrollment expansion of high schools and universities, secondary vocational schools face severe downturn in the quantity and quality of students. Compared with their peers in higher schools, secondary vocational school students, as a special group receiving education, they experience more failures, face more difficulty in their study, and their problematic behaviours in study tend to be more serious, which make secondary vocational schools become high-risk areas of student behavior problems.Beginning with an analysis on how to promote education management level and improve education quality, this paper makes field investigation and probes into strategies concerning students problems in secondary vocational classroom teaching, taking cases of students in Lianyungang Vocational Education Center, the school the author works in. Class is an ecological system made up of teachers and students, and the seemingly unappropriate behaviors of students in fact result from a deeper reason, the wrong classroom ecological system. This paper doesn't mean to provide a set of behavior strategy or management pattern, but to build up a bridge between theory and practice for teachers in secondary vocational schools. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part introduces reasons and significance of writing this paper, and then puts forward some theoretical thoughts and methods to classroom problem behavior both from China and abroad. The second part surveys present situation of the classroom behavior problems, and analyzes the data by class observation, questionnaire and interview of secondary vocational students. The third part explores the correlation of secondary students classroom problem behaviors and other four aspects, namely students, teachers, school and environment, which is also the solution to secondary students problematic behaviors in class. Based on the survey and related theory analysis, the fourth part puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to the problems separately from the perspectives of students, teachers, school, and family and social environment, which help us understand and examine secondary students problematic behaviors in class.
