The observation record is the daily work for kindergarten teachers and the observation ability is an important part of the professional preschool-education ability.Only through the effective observation,can kindergarten teachers find and analyze children,to make the correct educational judgments and decisions.The regional activity whose important value for the children's development has been widely recognized is an important part of the kindergarten education activity.In the regional activity,children devote fully themselves to the game,which provides a good opportunity for teachers to observe the true development of them.There is some research where the differences between novice teachers and proficient teachers in many aspects are shown.In order to better clear the differences between novice teachers and proficient teachers in the observation record in the regional activity in D kindergarten,302 related observation records were analyzed comparatively in the research.Combining the researchers' interviews and observation,the similarities and differences between novice teachers and proficient teachers in the observation record in the regional activity in D kindergarten were found.It was found that there were some similarities between novice teachers and proficient teachers in the observation record.For example,taking the observation record as a task and even burden,many of them were lack of the deep understanding of the positive role of the observation record on their own professional growth.Their understanding of the observation record was single.They all paid more attention to the children's social development and learning quality(Active exploration,autonomy,thought and creation).However,they didn't introduce the family education resources fully.In writing the observation record,their consciousness and initiative were not strong.They took photos mainly in the field observation,the randomness of observation was strong,and the purposiveness was weak.Their texts about the observation record were not standardized such as the lack of some structures and the disunity of fonts.Their observation record was mainly kept in the archives,so the utilization rate was not high.There was also some personality.For example,the subjectivity in the observation record was strong.More actively taking part in the children's activities,proficient teachers paid more attention to the development of rules for children.Their ability to guide young children to sustain the activity was strong.However,there was more interaction between novice teachers and individual children.Few of them guided the interactive activity for several children.They rarely took the initiative to participate in the activity of the group of children.Being different from novice teachers in silence and acceptance,proficient teachers put forward some constructive criticism on the observation record.The researchers discussed the reasons for the similarities and differences between novice teachers and Proficient teachers in the regional activities of D kindergarten.The reasons for the commonality of the observations are included:The regional activity of D kindergarten has the characteristics of mixed-age.D kindergarten teachers have great work intensity.D kindergarten teachers observe that the review system has not been implemented.The reasons for the difference are included:Novice teacher lacks education experience.It's a myth that having fun equals being developed.Confusion about autonomy and freedom.Novice teacher respect for children to develop at their own development rate.Accordingly,from kindergartens and teachers,some suggestions were put forward for teachers from D kindergarten to promote the quality of the observation record.Provide the demonstration of diversified methods about the observation record.Implement the mutual assistance mechanism between novice teachers and proficient teachers.Reasonably arrange office hours for novice teachers.Establish the online sharing mechanism about the observation record for teachers.Improve the standardization of the observation record.Objectively record the activity of children.Teachers should actively study by themselves,and improve the ability to find,analyze and solve problems.Novice teachers should reasonably use pictures,to better observe and record.Teachers should actively introduce the family education resources with a open vision,to conduct the Home-Kindergarten education.
