Role play is an important part of children's daily life in middle class.By playing various roles,children creatively express their understanding of real life.According to the children's performance in the game,the teacher and the child have an interactive discussion,share the valuable part of the game,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the role game.Through combing the interactive research of teacher-child interaction between teachers and children at home and abroad,this research finds that scholars attach great importance to the discussion of game,but the study of choosing game to discuss teacher-child interaction is relatively few.Therefore,this study selected 8 teachers from a provincial demonstration park in W city,recorded 16 cases of teacher-child interaction in game discussion,and studied this field by literature,interview,observation and other research methods.By using Flanders interactive analysis system,this paper analyzes the interaction between teachers and children between proficient teachers and newcomers,and finds out the interaction between teachers and children between experienced teachers and newcomers in the game discussion link.The efifects are significantly different.The problems existing in the interaction between teachers and children of new-hand teachers are as follows:less positive interaction,more negative reinforcement,and teachers tend to use instruction language and critical language to maintain their authority;Emotional atmosphere is more tense,encouraging language than expressing language,teachers to children praise stay in"you are very good!""you are great!",did not say the good reason,the good reason;teacher occupies the dominant position in the teacher-child interaction,the infant lacks the speech right,the teacher speech proportion in the teacher-child interaction is much higher than the child speech;Teachers' questioning skills need to be improved,the questions are monotonous,it is difficult to bring up the children's interest;the role game discussion frequency is low,teachers and children The interaction behavior is small,and the communication between the child and the teacher is less.According to the problems of new-hand teachers'interaction between teachers and children,this study gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,that is,to change teachers' ideas and improve their self-accomplishment,to provide a good environment for the growth of new-hand teachers,and to provide a good environment for the growth of new-hand teachers.Strengthen the after-service education and training of new-hand teachers and so on.
