The current domestic research on classroom teaching behavior is mostly qualitative research. In this thesis the comparison of behaviors between Novice-Proficient-Expert Teachers in high school chemistry classroom teaching, such as new class, experiment class and comment on examination paper, is investigated using Flanders Interaction Analysis System, and this behavior differences are researched qualitative and quantitative from the five topics(the classroom construction, the teacher tendency, the emotional atmosphere between teachers and students,characterized in sequence right and the introductory of class.The results show that the Novice, Proficient and Experts teachers have some difference in chemical knowledge systematic 、 classroom control 、 classroom questions and student concerns. Novice teacher’s teaching content is not systematic, he controls of the classroom directly and uses asking questions undertake teaching, his passions create a good atmosphere in the classroom. Expert teacher’s teaching content is systematic and completely, he controls of the classroom indirectly and use question developing teaching content, he uses charm to create a harmonious atmosphere of teaching. Three teachers remain their own characteristics in teaching, the Novice teacher’s teaching method is new,he always prepares lessons detailed, the Proficient teacher’s teaching activities are rich and classroom atmosphere lively, the Expert teacher’steaching content is accurately and fine.Binding of all the studies, I can put forward the Novice teachers how to effective enhance and rapidly growth strategy:( 1) Strengthen the system design of teaching plan, participate actively in teaching activities,such as visiting a class、speaking lessons、discussing the class and so on.( 2) Enhance the quality of classroom questioning, increase the effectiveness of questions, ask more opening questions.(3)Select the appropriate teaching methods, developed teaching in study.(4)Strengthen students’ attention, according to students’ situation develop teaching methods.
