Study On The Problem Of Case Work Intervention Incommunity Rehabilitation And Practice

In recent years,the problem of drug abuse in our country has become more serious and the social harm has been greater.The Chinese government attaches great importance to the issue of drug abuse and actively conducts community drug treatment and compulsory isolation of drug addiction.Among them,community detoxification has been adopted in more and more regions because of its characteristics of being able to provide drug addicts with treatment and rehabilitation conditions and helping drug addicts to better integrate into society.However,relapses are a common problem in the course of detoxification among drug users,and the extremely high relapse rate has also plagued governments.Under this phenomenon,some areas with better economic development began to explore social work methods to intervene in research on community relapse and relapse prevention.However,domestic scholars still have weak research on the application of social work in the community's drug rehabilitation and relapse prevention field.The professional ideas and methods of social work have yet to truly implement detoxification in the community.This article focuses on the case study method to intervene in the case study of community drug prevention,relapse and relapse.First of all,this paper analyzes the research background,significance and the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,it elaborates related theories,explains the case work,community drug rehabilitation and relapse,and elaborates the theoretical basis of label theory,ecological theory,and cognitive theory.Afterwards,based on the community's practical experience in participating in drug control,the author studied the characteristics of relapsers and explored the main factors that led to the relapses of drug addicts.The case work method was applied to the analysis of community drug prevention and relapse prevention cases,which involved the background of the case.Case estimation,service goals and plans,etc.Finally,the effectiveness of the case work was evaluated and introspected,which provided a practical basis for future case studies to be involved in the research on community relapse and drug addiction prevention.Making social work in community drug treatment can help others to help themselves.
