Intervention Study Of Community Detoxification Group From The Perspective Of TCM Culture

In recent years,the drug-related crime is becoming increasingly serious,the number of drug users has increased year by year,new drugs are continuing without end,which pose a threat to the people's lives and property safety,thus we have a long way to go on anti-drug detoxification.Since 2008,the promulgation and implementation of the anti-drug Law of the People's Republic of China,the rehabilitation of the community has become an important part of the rehabilitation work in our country.The anti-drug departments and social organizations at all levels are also constantly exploring new operating models of community rehabilitation,which has not only enriched the existing community rehabilitation models,but also contributed on China's detoxification work.However,there are still some shortcomings in the actual operation process.This study explores the applicability of the group work in community rehabilitation,the compatibility of the TCM culture and the community rehabilitation service from the perspective of TCM culture and combined with the author's professional practice in Weifang Street social work station,using the research methods of participatory observation and semi-structured interviews to explore the applicability of the group work in community rehabilitation work,the analysis of compatibility of TCM culture and community rehabilitation services,and try to extract a set of reproducible,propagable and effective community rehabilitation models.This study is mainly from four aspects: First,View the community rehabilitation work from the perspective of TCM culture;Second,introduce basic situation ofWeifang social work station,a branch of Shanghai Zhongzhi Community Service Station,make analysis of community drug rehabilitation workers and anti-drug social workers' demand to select appropriate team members based on the objectives of the event,age,gender and so on;Third,sort out the procedures of the six group activities;Fourth,conduct assessment based on the activities of the group and the interviews with the members and social workers.And the assessment was conducted mainly from both process assessment and outcome assessment.Also the team members were effectively improved in physical,psychological and spiritual aspects,and the professional competence and working confidence of anti-drug social workers were also greatly improved according to the results of the assessment.Finally,synthesizing the previous exposition,the author discusses the applicability of the group work in community rehabilitation work and the compatibility of TCM culture and community rehabilitation services.Through the study,it is found that the application of the group work to the community rehabilitation work can provide the self-growth field for community rehabilitation personnel to effectively help the community drug addicts(rehabilitation)to achieve the goal of restoring social function and returning to society;TCM culture is our precious historical and cultural wealth,it comes from the ancient Chinese philosophy.It has been developed and inherited in the process of historical development,of which many valuable ideas and methods are compatible with the current community rehabilitation work,and both achieve equally satisfactory results.
