Study On The Application Of Structural Family Therapy In The Treatment Of Juvenile Community Detoxification

Since the beginning of 2010,Dongguan has purchased social work services through professional social work organizations,the introduction of social work in the community rehabilitation service areas,providing the main support for the community rehabilitation work,and achieved good social effects.In the anti drug social work,youth drug abuse and family problems are closely related,and family environment,family the structure,relationship between parents and teaching mode of communication are closely linked.The structure model of family therapy is a very important theory and technology in family therapy,structural family therapy model,source of family problems in the family but a powerful force not visible--deep The structure of the family,to solve the person’s symptoms,social workers must be involved in family interaction,family structure,the problem will be solved in this paper.The rise of the structure model of family therapy theory,theoretical framework,treatment technology and process reviews,the history of community rehabilitation in China are discussed.Take the family as the center is the key structure of family therapy model.In this paper a participation in community rehabilitation of adolescents family of professional intervention on community drug youth Xiaolin’s family,social workers found that there are serious problems of the family structure:the couple system of poor communication system,parent-child conflicts,morbid family structure family boundary ambiguities,combined with confrontation.Produced and family structure is closely related to the drug problem Xiaolin to these problems,to help achieve the Xiaolin treatment,must improve the service object of family environment,improving the system,system parent-child communication,family structure reconstruction So,family function can be resumed.Social workers through the use of social work professional knowledge and professional skills,the treatment process and the treatment techniques of the integrated use of structural family therapy model,enter the service object to carry out family,family therapy,and ultimately to improve the service object of family communication patterns,change the morbid family structure,family relationship and community restoration drug addiction treatment,to achieve goals.The service after the end of the process,social workers of service effectiveness especially reflected in the effect of the application of juvenile community drug structural family treatment.Through the summary and reflection,social workers think theory to guide therapy in the family structure,use of the therapy practice operation skills,can effectively solve the problems of drug abuse of family structure in the family of teenagers,to restore the family function,but also provide some reference for community rehabilitation model for drug research in the future.
