Education is the main way to regulate education for students in primary school.How most primary school students now are only children,according to the characteristics of the primary school students physical and mental development to more effective management of their daily behavior,in order to develop students good daily behavior habits is the key of the present elementary school students daily education and teaching work.However,at this stage,the specific situation of the elementary student behavior management,how managers are carried out daily behavior management of targeted,meaningful work,they adopted by the management methods are effective,efficient,and so on some questions worth as educators we in-depth research and thinking.According to the above situation,the author prepared with L city elementary school students as the research object,in reference to domestic and foreign experts and scholars on primary school students daily behavior standards of education research,on the basis of the comprehensive utilization methods such as literature research,case analysis,understand the elementary school students daily behavior education present situation.And then through the way of questionnaire to collect the student to the school management,accurate and systematic feedback information and the status of teachers in students' daily management and the role of,through the data analysis,find out the existing problems and put forward the corresponding solutions.The author tries to from two aspects of theory and practice,the L city primary school students daily behavior to develop a comprehensive and systematic research,from the L city elementary student's psychological characteristics and cognitive level,normal school,family and social education environment,characteristics,and other aspects,the layered progressive,explore scientific and effective for reference accord with the characteristics of primary school age daily behavior way and the way of education.Through questionnaire data analysis,data collected from various lists,according to the data list reflected the comprehensive analysis,found the problem,the basic conclusion.Then analyzes the reasons of these phenomena based on the first part of data analysis.At last,based on the questions raised in the second part to find out the causes of these problems and put forward Suggestions and Suggestions for solving the problems.
