With the rapid development of economy,the per-capital income of the residents has been continuously rising.The family's investment ability in education has also been correspondingly increased.The demand for quality education resources is also growing.Various types of private education enterprises have emerged.In recent years,the government has attached great importance to the development of private education,and successively issued a series of policies and regulations that had brought unprecedented development opportunities for the private education industry in our country.As an important part of private education,the private education training institution is becoming more and more competitive as it presents a vigorous development trend.Mega Education Training School was established in 2005.It is an international comprehensive education and training institution in Laixi.It is affiliated to education groups of Mega Culture.In the face of a large number of similar education and training institutions in Laixi's education market,the competition has been intensified.The current marketing strategy of Mega Education Training School has been unable to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition and the rapidly changing external environment,if it fails to formulate effective service marketing strategy to solve the problems encountered in the business will inevitably affect the long-term development of the school.This paper takes Mega Education Training School as the research object.Through consulting periodicals and literature materials related to education and training,with the help of some of the basic principles and analytical methods of management,economics,marketing and combines with related field investigations,this paper researches the present management situation of Mega Education Training School.This paper conducts an in-depth and systematic analysis of the marketing environment faced by Mega EducationTraining School and formulates a service marketing strategy for the company's actual situation by using macro-environmental analysis,industry environmental analysis,SWOT analysis,etc.,on the basis of which proposes safeguard measures for the implementation of marketing strategies.The aim of this paper is to improve the brand awareness and reputation of Mega Education Training School,so that it can achieve substantial and stable development in the fierce market competition.
