In view of the current reform put forward new requirements for the chemistry teachers of literacy and the new course in Chemistry Teaching of middle school,by studying the relevant educational theory,and combined with the practice of Chemistry Teaching in chemistry teaching and its characteristics,expounds the middle school chemistry teachers should have occupation morality,"knowledge" and "ability",and to explore the improve the principles and strategies under the background of the new curriculum of junior high school chemistry teachers of literacy,effectively improve the level of middle school chemistry teaching so as to promote the new curriculum.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the definition of the topic,the domestic and foreign research,theoretical significance,practical significance and related concepts;the second part expounds the cultivation of Chemistry Teachers’ literacy principle;the third part,from the chemistry teacher occupation morals,knowledge structure,ability structure and chemistry the establishment of incentive mechanism in four aspects,the specific strategies of cultivating junior high school chemistry teachers literacy development and utilization combined with the example,the outstanding teaching case,curriculum resources and establish an effective mechanism to discuss the background of the new curriculum;the fourth part discusses the reflection on the training of chemistry teachers’ literacy achievements,and prospects.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)a new perspective of research.Based on the present situation,under the background of the new curriculum of junior high school chemistry teachers’ quality development to the new curriculum requirements,from the theory and practice of two-way combination of level,the chemistry teachers should have occupation moral quality and professional knowledge of the combination of exploration under the background of new curriculum in junior high school chemistry teachers in the cultivation of the basic principles and strategies etc.content.(2)new research methods.Comprehensive use of case analysis,investigation and research,comparative research,closely combining the humanistic attribute of chemistry itself to carry out research,outstanding characteristics ofchemistry,are discussed under the background of the new curriculum of junior high school chemistry teachers should take scientific and humanistic literacy combined with the implementation of teaching practice guiding significance.
