In our country,the main means of student assessment test is still,examination results are excellent students' academic judgment is still an important symbol of success,the objective reality of the existence of the pressure of examinations has become the learning stress,the maximum force directly.As a hot concept,micro class education researchers to find a new way,some scholars research shows that micro class can be used not only in subject teaching knowledge of the number of English language teaching,so that students master the knowledge and difficulty of training autonomous learning habits,can also be combined with mental health education in schools knowledge effectively,So that students psychological quality and quality,achieve the goal of education of psychological health for teachers to provide a more effective.To meet the students' cognitive state of high level of professional knowledge teaching and high-level students,Can effectively improve the students' thinking ability development,rather than teaching focus,mechanical knowledge.Micro courses should be widely used and validated in the field of mental health.In this study,pre-test examination by Sarason stress scale,Select two types of experimental class no significant difference in points after two months,respectively,using micro class intervention in different situations,including using a mobile phone to watch,individual intervention,and the use of micro lesson in the classroom,group intervention.Found in the analysis of the measurement of fraction two experimental classes before and after the intervention,Both forms of scores show significant differences,namely micro class intervention actually reduces the students in the experimental class test pressure,test pressure change reached a significant difference.In addition,there were also significant differences between the classes taking the micro class intervention and the individual intervention classes,exam pressure is more obvious.Finally,the conclusion is drawn: Micro class is effective in individual use and classroom application,but it has more advantages in classroom application.
